As the mod and others have pointed out the money is all in the imagination, we should take this and all imagine how we would spend the 100K, but no one is actually getting any of it. Supply and demand is a 2 way street and it is hard to ignore the anomaly an hour and half down the road, even if it is temporary. I have had the same thoughts on this matter, however I am not able to get to Montreal and Toronto easily, so I just look through the adds and drool I have often wondered if it is just not a case of the grass is greener however many on this board echo your sentiment.
