Handles do work well for sure, and the web cam thing is a good suggestion as well (however I think you can capture a screen shot so no better than sending a URL with your pic) however I have been told by many ladies that 50% of the requests come from lurkers who are guests, or never post. I think this thread is interesting in that no one actually wants to pin point a lady.
