Well we can probably sustain one more generation with the inherit wealth that our forefathers have accumulated before markets that actually produce at a fare rate catch up and surpass us. Markets like China and south Asia have a huge work ethic and massive economic clout, we can sit back on our laurels and cry about what we deserve but with in this century there is going to be a shake up far greater than we can imagine. No one makes anything unless someone produces a service or product that is required, with out this production or real value add we are doomed

I have removed the names as I do not want to put these ladies in a bad light I had intended there name dropping to be a promotional offering and to show them in a good light with all things said. However clearly some may not take this a compliment and I have removed the names as this was not my intention. Steve I felt as you did that it was more like a brand and that it would be good to mention, however if one person takes it the wrong way than it must be changed in honor of the ladies. Thanks for pointing out a different perspective all.

In another thread several members have started to debate the general rates of the ladies. As this thread mentions a specific SP and the discussion is in no way about her just sparked by her specific price. I thought it appropriate to start a new thread not about her, but about service and access to service in general. I think the point is that as far as inequalities go I am in agreement there is some inequality around the world, however do you think that everyone who wants an expensive car should be able to just get one? should the elusive restaurants in town that work very hard at building an ambiance and great food start pricing like McDonald's and is McDonald's not out of the reach of some of the poor, maybe food cars gas escorts etc... should all be just free. I don't feel badly for the guy that only has $800 a month to spend on SP's ($200/week) and I certainly don't care if the extra $100 is out of his budget?? This is a crazy extrapolation of social design, some guys can only afford $100/month, and in this town that is possible. Where do we draw the line? If this is the case than perhaps we need to include SP's in OHIP as a basic health need? Then everyone can get some. As we can imagine this is not a necessity it is a luxury, food banks and soup kitchens exist because food is a necessity. They have taken the social responsibility of the shoulders of enterprising Restaurateurs. Like wise institutions like the church and government funded social systems have put people in place to help the unloved feel loved. SP's are not social workers, they are a luxury. I am all for liberal social programs to help the poor get on there feet, however to bring this political discussion into the price that the ladies charge is ridiculous.

I don't think it is a matter of money, at $300 anyone that can find $200 can also find $300. However there are people that have set limits for themselves to possibly the $200 range (they could be very wealthy people) however there are fewer that have set a limit to the $300 mark and the higher the price the more exclusive the lady, or car, or suit etc... I personally won't pay more than $30 for a pair of pants or $20 for a shirt, that is my limit and for an SP I do draw the line at $500. Now there are always exceptions, and if I saw a shirt that was fantastic and was $25 I may still buy it. I don't think it boils down to a class or economic thing. Lets face it people that are truly in poverty are not thinking about hiring any lady this is not a requirement to life, like food, or shelter, it is a hobby. Love is a totally different issue and should not be paid for, it needs to be given and received unconditionally, it is also mutually exclusive to acts of sex, although the combination is the best experience, and they are separable. I do not think that anyone is undeserving of love, regardless of there annual income or status but hiring ladies for our pleasure is a long reach from the requirements of the human for love and does fall under the personal indulgence category, not unlike a fine wine or a great scotch (although my ancestors would argue that a great scotch is a birth right too!!)

Voice the board is made up a diversity of Voices, you have a unique style and it does rub some people the wrong way. My style also is found abrasive by some. We just need to be comfortable in our own skin that's all. And try our best to make stupid statements that could offend others.

Giving this a lot of thought and if Mia were a car I think she would be a Porsche Kaman! The only Mercedes I can really think of is Cat, a nice AMG inspired E55 unhun.

Hahahaha, sure voice, lets have a look at that; Theory 1. (colusion) The SP's in Ottawa meet regularly they and they are more organized than the Oil companies. They analyze market trends disposable incomes of there target markets, equity positions on there main supporters and push for the maximum revenue from these sources relentley pushing for more. Then when they are done they bring a test group and confirm there anaylsis and ensure the strategy will bring the maximum return? Theory 2. (a smart SP) A lady gets an overwheling response, she does the math and realizes that if she charges a little more that her client base will imporve and that she can get out of the SP gheto (You know the one with the Green R) and get better accomodation and more comfort for more decerning clientell? I think in Mia's case we can hit theroy 2 with confidence although the colusion thing does bring up visions!! imagine the round table discussion :) To find a woman with an advanced business intelegence to keep her appointments fully booked and at a fair rate is amazing, to find someone who can read market trends and adapt is even better, if the economy hits a downturn than maybe the days at $160 will retun and if that is the case I am sure that Mia will be the first SP to head there. However I think the support shown from other Sp's in town (and you will note they are all top shelf ladies at $300-400) is more a sigh of relief than anything else, this girl is arguably ottawa's best and still a bargain. One day voice I have got to learn what you put in your tea cause you brain is definitly on a different wave length!! You do make me smile.

No worries leaves more for the rest of us! I am always blown away by her incredible attitude and amazing service!! Positive that the demand will still out way the supply.

I use a service with a sim card, my cell phone is truly critical to my business so i have a spare just in case my main phone falls in water or gets droped etc... I used to keep a SIM card in the glove box of my car for a pay as you go and when I need a phone for this stuff simply grab the spare and pwer it up with the pay as you go SIM card, once the SIM card is removed the phone will not acitvate and you can not see anything on the phone. Don't need this much undercover anymore but it is a good strategy for those of you iwth sim card based phones. (new PDA phones lock)

I have never experienced exploitation from the SP side that is for sure the ladies around here. The ladies are very considerate and respect my needs even as friends they are great. Now exploitation the other way I can not comment, but I could see how that could be a problem.

Some of the bait and switchers can have a field day with that! they can just grab pics from other cities and voila! It is a cool utility!!

Not as complicated as the traditional GF thing that is for sure, it is still understood that it is a temporary thing. if things get out of control than it would have to end, at least with an SP they have as much to loose as you so you can be assured that they won't do anything to stupid (unless they have no life eeek)

If there is chemistry you make a bond and become friends that's just what happens, at least in my experience.
