One of nature's genuine mysteries (for me) is how to read sexual attraction body language. And, by reading body language, I mean how to figure out if he/she wants to take it to the next level. Since I'm a guy and absolutely straight, I'm going to discuss from the guy's POV. I admit - I was either born an idiot, an autistic and have ABSOLUTELY no instinctive knowledge how the species procreates....I really don't. I REALLY don't understand the female and etc...good god, where do I start?? So, when I was younger, I met women & almost immediately, they started scratching their heads - fluffing up the hair, scraping it back, fluff, scrape, fluff, scrape - wtf, they got fleas? Later, I read this is called "pruning". Later, I read that when females are rude to you, that's also a prelude to mating. Really?? I think it's just a subtle (or unsubtle) message to tell you to FUCK OFF. Why is it so hard to understand the rituals? Are males just as hard to understand?

My good deed: Just a light-hearted suggestion to alter the spelling a little. As it's written, it could sooo be taken the wrong way (:icon_eek:). Good topic btw and yes, I personally believe that just something as simple as holding a door open makes a difference!

Nice video RG. Very compelling. When I was in the UK, I visited a converted WWII softfield airport. Now used for civilian purposes, but not much had changed since the old days. Pretty interesting. I could easily imagine Spits taking off to do battle. They used a nearby old church as the control tower. It was hidden amongst some trees so it was pretty well camouflaged.

Kind of a funny news item on the CBC. There's a Twitter campaign called: "Tell Vic Toews". You may have heard of it by now... basically, people are sending Vic Twitters of their daily lives. Stuff like: Vic, my dog's gas problem has disappeared, or my fav: "Vic, I'm ovulating". I don't know if he get's an email for every Twitter, but if the entire country sent him Twitter's I betcha' that would get someone's attention. :icon_lol:

Minister Toews is getting a taste of what privacy violation actually means. His extra-marital exploits are now making national news. I guess he should have expected this type of "gutter politics" (as he calls it). Sorry Sen. MacCarthy...err, I mean Min. Toews...I feel your pain. Are you now going to label Twitter contributors as internet stalkers? What is next on your fear mongering list? If our political leader's private lives' cannot stand up under scrutiny, we have to question the validity and purpose of the state. In fact, a politician's private life is good gossip fodder. Always was. They, and quite profoundly, Min. Toews, do not understand the true nature of the information/internet beast. So be it - the gloves are off fellas - you had better be prepared to play the game on an even ground. Word has it, Conservative backbenchers and Opposition members are feeling the heat from their constituents and are worried. Very worried. They bloody well should be! What kind of secrets are they hiding? But, MPPs are now politically hamstrung by Toews' own words: "With us or with the child pornographers..." Hmmm How many uncomfortable MPPs are now happy to be labeled as Child Pornographers?

This sort of reminds me of GW Bush's rant after 9/11. Thumbs firmly hooked through the belt loops, Bush announced to the world "You're either with us or against us". A more temperate Laura Bush told him to tone it down. Toews is just towing the Harper "we know what is best for you" line. If Toew's past personal life becomes a larger liability to the government, Harper will just do a minor adjustment and rotate a minister or two and insert a different flunky. No - you should now all assume you are a potential pedophile if you believe in personal freedoms or privacy. What to do? Write/e-mail your local MPP and demand a response to the indignity proposed by this bill. Argue this bill infringes on the Canadian charter of rights and freedoms: * Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice. * Everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search or seizure Make clear in no uncertain terms you will publish the MPP's response in all forums available at your disposal. Make clear that you are willing to shine the clear light of disclosure on all of the private political linen. Assure them that you are only interested in the larger public interests and hunting down pedophiles that may be lurking in the House of Commons. Grrrrr! I therefore propose the following form letter you could address to your local MPP: Dear Mr/Mrs/Ms: I'm writing to you as a constituent to express concern about the proposed on-line surveillance bill. I believe this bill exceeds the following articles of the Canadian charter of rights and freedoms: "Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice." " Everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search or seizure." This bill seeks to deprive ordinary citizens of the right of security against unreasonable search. I believe this bill mainly serves to undermine the spirit of the 1st article, but more concretely, the 2nd article of the charter. The bill is therefore unconstitutional in essence. Furthermore, as a member of your constituency, I will vigorously stand against any unilateral movement by your government to impose such measures. I suggest Mr. Toews distance himself from using an inflammatory approach to winning public opinion: "With us or with the child pornographers..." I strongly object to any kind of characterization which compares conscientious objection to this bill to moral depravity. As your constituent, I ask you to stand to oppose this bill on my behalf. I sold my bike last year. 1100 Yamaha Vstar - cruiser style. It was ok, but not enough low-end torque for my likes. I want a tourer like a GoldWing. The GL may seem like driving a two-wheeled RV, but I like to feel my ass after a long day's drive.

Is this going to be your first bike? Give yourself some room to make boo-boo's without killing yourself. There are a lot of crazy car/truck drivers who are just itching to make you a statistic.

Did your parents ever confide in you there was a monster living under your bed or in your closet? I think this was a tool just to keep kids in bed. Or, as a parent, did you ever mention to your kid there was some kind of creature living in a dark spot somewhere? When I was a kid, I was absolutely convinced my closet door was opening all by itself. I got freaked-out pretty easily I guess. I mentioned this to my youngster, but said youngster thought it was a huge laugh. Monster's name was Maurice. Honestly, what kind of a monster has a name like that?? It was especially a huge laugh when youngster had a stay-over guest for the night. I would say goodnight to the kids & then say "goodnight Maurice". When guest asked who Maurice was, my kid casually said it was "oh, it's just the monster under the bed". Should have seen the other kid's eyes pop. A second later, I just laughed and turned out the light. I am so cruel. Did you have a favourite monster waiting just to get you?

Maya is a stunning dark-haired, dark-eyed siren who hails from Greek ancestry. Let me tell you she got all the good parts! She has a slim, all natural shapely figure and legs to die for. This lady is a splash of Ouzo served with a wicked smile and high heels. A winning combination in my books. For those in the know, she has been in the massage business for several years. Do you remember the Centennial Train that ran across the country. Stupid me didn't want to drag my lazy ass out of bed to catch the bus & see it. As I recall, the horn blew the 1st four bars to the national anthem. ...and don't get me started on Trudeau grrr.

It's seen some use. Located on the 2nd floor. Has a main reception area, shower room, 2 massage rooms. Not really sound-proof either. Not the most luxurious joint. I think it's an Asian MP? Had some fond memories when it was Magic Hands. Summer, Riley, Liz.

I look at the current pictures of La Ronde and look past the rust, neglect & yet still remember the year-long gathering that was the 100th anniversary for Canada. I was barely a kid back then. My parents released my sisters and myself at the entrance and said "meet us back here at 5pm". Off we went all by ourselves. I wasn't even a teenager. Holy crap - would you say that to a kid now??! I remember taking the uni-rail from the entrance to the park islands. I remember the U.S. pavillion (designed by Buckminster Fuller). Now burned-out. I remember the inverted pyramid Canadian pavillion (never got into it). I remember the Bell 360 degree pavillion - incredible! I remember a Swiss Cheese bridge we had to take to get to the park. Really, the cement side rails of the bridge had holes randomly placed so that it looked like Swiss Cheese. The cement was painted yellow to enhance the effect. Who of you were around back then? Did you visit "Man and His World"? For those of you who were alive back then, what are your memories?
