Not a big heavy metal fan, but I like this list! As to babies gigling, I'll never forget that first ever goofy looking smile I got from my six week old daughter.

The only viewpoint I have is distinctly American and, down here, stuff like this is no big deal ... in fact, I could see the OBL version, along with Qwerty's excellent joke, to be on the Leno, Letterman or Conan late night shows. But that's just the viewpoint or someone in the U.S. (me) and this is a Canadian board, so I definitely defer to your sensibilities. Also, the timing of this around the 10th anniversary of 9/11 is unfortunate. Thanks. Funny that you'd refer to your passport. I think you can get that changed if its bothersome to you.

I haven't been around a lot the last week or two so its sounds like I misses some really juicy stuff (wink). Cerb seems just fine to me ... I think the escort recommendation board portion of cerb is for the most part peacefully coexisting with the more social side of things. For the guys, you still see a bit of discussion of individual ladies on the cerb local boards and the reviews are pretty good. And there's a lot of fun stuff on the general discussion board including the occasional naughtier topics (yeah)!

I tend to agree its more funny than tasteless, and I agree with OD that its nothing new. In the US, OBL is going to be most hated character until someone tries to outdo him. At the gun club where I shoot, the second most popular target is OBL in silouette holding an AK-47. I dont have any trouble with it ... these guys are as bad as they get, with Khaddafi not far behind. Screw 'em ... forever!

Usually I beat the lady to get up and get that washcloth ... I figure its my mess, I should clean it up!

I think Cowboy Kenny had this issue nailed quite a while ago in another thread when he commented that the "t"-board and this board all have their purposes and generally do a good job. The other is quite a bit edgier, but not very social and can be hurtful at times. Cerb is a much more social place and for most purposes my primary area to hang out as that's the kind of person I am. I really like the way cerb has developed although it might get a bit "politically correct" now and then.

The stock market was up yesterday a nice amount. Of course, given the way things have been going lately in the stock market, I may be back to the "things that suck" thread today. (smle)

I thought I had responded to this thread but apparently not ... The first and foremost way to establish a comfort level with the lady is to put an envelope out with her name on it where she can see it and mention that to her within the first minute or her (or you) arriving. It may be a little different after a few visits and there is an established level of comfort and familiarity. The chances of the client getting ripped off are pretty darn low, and she is going to feel a LOT better knowing business has been taken care of.

I dont think there is a list per se ... you would probably have to find a few ladies that interest you and your partner and inquire directly or see what info the lady has here on cerb or on their website.

You forgot to mention one of the coming signs in the US is Obama getting elected. Maybe I'm thinking of Socialism, not Zombies, but its really kinda similar. My weapons of choice, being a God-fearing U.S. citizen and a member of the NRA are things that go boom. I think you need a head shot, right? (smile)

It rarely happens, but if I get a reply and have made other plans (usually because I didn't get a reply in a timely manner), I will always respond with a follow up reply saying thank you and that I have made other plans. If I am still interested in meeting with that person at a later date, I would try to make that clear in my follow up reply.

Mod -- how about changing none of the above to "I just want to see the results?" Just a thought.

You are right, but (as a lawyer), if I was the prosecutor, I'd feel pretty good about things. The guys who maybe didn't do it went free and I protected my client's interests. In other words, do you want to stay in jail probably forever and maintain your right to sue, or get out and get on with life? To me, for better or worse, it is a study in negotiation power.

The only problem with this, of course, is that you all would have headed for the women's room and the guys would be left sitting outside of the door to the restroom, sitting on the floor, sobbing. (smile)

I had the same issue Nathalie did ... I wrote a long reply and then decided if it was off topic and wasn't helpful to your issue. The short answer is yes, absolutely, as it's a perfect reality check for the average guy with a limited budget for these sorts of things. It is soooooo, soooooo easy to get carried away. The money tends to bring you "back down to earth" so to speak. Another thing that can do that, rather quickly, is a rude comment from someone else when you are out eating a meal or something like that. I've had that happen (the comment was actually made in French and the lady translated it for me). Hopefully that won't happen to you.

I think you would enjoy yourself more by getting to know the person first a bit .... Otherwise it's just a mechanical act without a lot of sensuality. 1 hour minimum.

Your questions have been very well answered ... I'd just add one point: if you are younger, take the time to introduce yourself to the lady you are interested in and be willing to enagae in a little online conversation first any phone her if she requests it. As others have stated, this is about enjoying yourself and having fun, so nothing, including these conversations, should make you feel uncomfortable.
