Dumpy appears to be putting SPs in the category of services that are negotiable, and the majority of the ladies are putting their services in the other category. There's a market for both - but you tend to get what you pay for (or negotiate for). You can negotiate a cheap bj for $80 on CL. Some may actually get off on that - others may consider it an unpleasant experience.
