Cancelling and no-shows are separate issues. Cancellations, with apologies, if not done too often - shit happens. It happens on both sides. No-shows. That's plain rude and inexcusable. A flat tire or a sick kid - well, an apology after is mandatory. I am a firm believer that people should be educated. No software, booking system, or manual method will work for the real jerks. The only thing which may work is a verified phone number - so SMS or calls can be exchanged. If you can't afford a PAYGO hobby phone if you won't use your own cell phone - you should not be hobbying.

There are days (many of them) when visiting Michelle is more intense than sex. I nearly lost my eyeballs around the back of my head last time. And the best sense of humour too.
