You probably want to let sleeping dogs lie especially since your co-worker can't have his wife find out but if your work place is unionized, you have every right to ask the employer for the source of the photos, especially if they threatened suspension/termination and noted this on your employment file. Unfortunately, depending on who you work for there are all kinds of assholes out there looking for the opportunity to bitch and complain or make trouble. I have a friend who works for Mb. Hydro and brings home a company truck when he's on call. He takes the truck when he'll go to his kid's hockey/baseball game (with the company's permission) so if he gets called he can go right out. He says they get calls all the time from "concerned citizens" because they saw a MB. Hydro vehicle parked at "so and so" arena or at Safeway. For what its worth this is what I know from a reliable source. He hadn't paid the rent for almost a year. The landlord finally had the Sherriff's office lock him out. The cops were there at the landlord's request. He was taking inventory of the contents for seizure and auction and came across a couple of items the police may have been interested in. Not sure what. Don't know if the cops took anything else such as the computers. Nothing illegal about having your name in an MP's database but the cops may use it to squeeze someone. Most guys would be smart enough not to use their real name for their membership but I'm sure there are a few sweaty brows out there.

I feel like calling Kal and telling him as one business person to another there is nothing that makes a customer feel more uncomfortable than standing there while 2 of your employees are engaged in a dispute. While this situation doesn't sound like they were actually engaged there was still a distinct sense of workplace tension which a customer should never be exposed to. If he's any kind of business person he'll agree and do something about this.

Unfortunately you're probably not going to get many replies. Most of the SP's in that age range do not have the experience in life or this hobby to provide the level of service you are likely looking for in a regular. There may be the odd exception but most of the ones that age get clients because a guy wants to bang some young hottie not because she has a solid rep as an SP.
