Yep, you're likely done. You might try emailing her and explaining again. She might not have been listening the first time as she was pissed about being woken up. Gotta love those fiery latin women! Another cell phone related tragedy. Ever notice when watching crime shows, how often the suspect is caught because of cell phone use? I had a fireman buddy once who was banging some chick on the side. Anyway one day they are going at it in his car and he must have accidentally hit the button on his phone which dials home. The answerring machine then tapes 45 seconds of him screwing this chick. It wouldn't have been so bad except she keeps saying his name, telling him to fuck her harder. His wife and kids come home, hit the machine and next thing you know all of his stuff is piled on the driveway when he gets home. Damn cellphones! ;)

I say bring it on. Winnipeg is sorely lacking in MP options for pooners. We've had to just accept what's available for far too long becasue of all of the restrictions our city puts on new MP's. A little more competition in the marketplace only benefits the consumer.

My $.02. :) Back in the day when I was playing college football I actually felt sex the night before a big game helped my performance. I admit that I was one of those guys who would get very nervous/antsy before a big game. I would have a lot of trouble relaxing and sleeping the night before and thus was often not well rested for the game the next afternoon. If I had sex the night before it would put my mind on something else and relax me. I'd have a great sleep and play much better the next day. While not for everyone it worked for me. Cheers

She's a dancer and when she's not on EC that usually means she is working out of town. I'm sure she'll repost her ad when she's back. Cheers

All good advice. I've also found the ladies appreciate a small gift. You don't need to give her an expensive bottle of perfume or jewelry but a bouquet of flowers, a nice scented cande or a bottle of wine is always a nice touch. In my business I am paid very well by my clients for my services but it is always special when they give me a small gift as a thanks for my services.

Has anyone seen Sensual Shailee?
livenudecats replied to HarryDS's topic in Escort Discussion for Winnipeg
I feel for you man! That's the worst. Being all horned up and then something blows the entire thing up. Then to make matters worse you end up calling whoever you can get on short notice and it ends up a total disaster. Been there done that. -
Any one know her? Sure looks like Destiny (even her website looks the same) who was on the scene for many years then "retired".

I agree with Mr. Green and view CERB the same way. I come on this site more for the social aspect and entertainment. Now that I am taking a break from pooning I seldom even read the reviews but even if I was still an active pooner, I realize that it is not necessarily a site where I'm going to see alot of balance in the reviews but it is what it is (Hows that for a run on sentence?).

NOT "HO" as in you know what, "HO" as in "HoHoHo" as in Holiday Cheer. Do you really think I'd use what some consider to be a derogatory term towards you? And I thought we were friends. :( -

Those 2 ladies definitely put the "HO" in Holiday. :) -
Never done the Stap-on thing but have been audited by CRA. Sure wish I had Soleil or Brooke holding my hand then.

If anyone is actually speaking to any of the ladies, here is one possible source of information for them. www.labourlawonline.ca It's more for employer and union reps but it is perhaps a contact for opinions and legal references. Cheers

Things like this while very unscrupulous are not necessarily illegal and often the Labour Standards Branch will be very reluctant to become involved unless it is an obvious breach of provincial labour laws which it is not. Employers do have a certain amount of latitude as to which forms of employee discipline they choose to impose as long as it does not violate the Criminal Code of Canada, any other Federal or Provincial Laws or Acts and is discussed with and agreed to by both parties upon hiring as a condition of their employment. That said they might still have a case in court. For example there have been lots of cases of "wrongful dismissal" that were successfully sued for in Court of Queens Bench that did not necessarily violate provincial labour laws. My advice to them would be for all of the ladies to get together and document as accurately as possible, their grievences. Initially I would suggest they elect 2 or 3 representatives to go and talk with Eric to voice their concerns. Make it clear to him that if there is no resolution to this issue they are prepared to go the next step (get a lawyer) but they felt it might be in the best interest of everyone to settle this "out of court". If Eric is reasonable (and smart) he'll likely negotiate a compromise. He should realize that a legal battle will not be cheap for him and he doesn't need the negative publicity given we live in a city that all the "do gooders" are just begging for a reason to close down another MP. If Eric declines to meet or negotiate a settlement, then they should make an appointment with a labour lawyer and outline their concerns as well as whether or not the fines were disclosed as a condition of employment. Is there anything in writing that they may have signed? Get the lawyer to send Eric a letter outlining their demands. Often a letter from a lawyer gets people's attention. Then see what happens.

Nice review Farmboy. Always room for another hot MILF in this town. If I wasn't on hiatus from pooning I'd definitely be giving her a call.

Somebody remind me. What was this thread originally about? LOL!

I don't think I ever said we should be allowed to voice negative reviews on CERB. Infact, I pointed out that this is a "recommendation" board not a review board. I do belong to another board where I am free to do a negative review if I wish. My comments are not and should not be taken as criticism of this board or lobbying for change. I was simply trying to illustrate that in many cases a negative review when warrented can be quite useful. As a business owner I realize that all complaints fall into one of 3 categories. The frivolous ones from clients God couldn't make happy, the minor ones often the result of miscommunication and the real ones that result when my employees or I don't do our job. As much as I don't like the 3rd type, I don't run from them but use them as an opportuntiy to learn, correct mistakes and improve our customer service. I know of a few cases where even the lady in question took the criticism in a constructive manner and used it to improve on her services. Sure the frivolous ones bug me but I don't let them ruin my day because I truley know, in my heart and 99% of my good customers know, they are not true. Any decent SP shouldn't be afraid of negative reviews. If your good at your job, you won't get many and the of few you do get, most will either be recognized by your fans as frivolous and the others you might learn from. Anyway, I'm not complaining or advocating change here on CERB. Just giving an alternative opinion on reviews Cheers

I respectfully disagree. While for some, spewing venom via the written word can be theraputic, I have NEVER written a negative review so I would feel better. That's what a heavy bag is for, LOL. I have written negative reviews as a way to give back to my fellow pooners so they will hopefully avoid a bad experience such as their words have often prevented me from repeating their mistake. I will say that in my 10+ years of seeing SP's, honest reviews, be they positive or negative, from other's whose opinions I trust, have led me to meet some wonderful ladies I might not have, as well as saved me thousands of dollars I might have spent on poor SP's.
-
My 2 cents on negative reviews. There are 2 kinds of negative reviews. The honest, reliable ones written by reputable guys who have truley had a bad experience. The other are the ones written by someone with an axe to grind and are not honest or reflective of the SP's character or service. These can occur for a variety of reasons such as vengence, jealousy (another SP or her BF), the guy is one of those who is never happy, unreasonable expectations, poor communication, etc. What one must do when reading a negative review is evaluate the context of the review and the mood of the author. Was it obviously written in anger or well thought out and rational? Was it more of a personal attack than a review? Who wrote it and what is their posting history? How does this correlate with other reviews written about said provider? What is their main complaint? Is it a situation where that particular gentleman's tastes are different than yours? I'm about to go on a business trip to Boston. I'm staying in a very nice hotel. More expensive than I normally would but my supplier is paying the bill and they picked the place. I went online and while 98% of the comments are excellent there were a few people on there saying they have bedbugs, or not enough towels or the staff were unfriendly. Now do I believe the positive comments of hundreds or the negative comments, possibly left by competitors, of a few? What I'm trying to say is, there is no such thing as a fool proof, 100% accurate reliable review (unless it's one of mine ;)). Whether it is a positive (there are alot of shill reviews out there as well) or a negative review, one must read and analyse the content and then decide for one's self if this is advice you wish to follow. Cheers

Broadways question but also a review

ThisOneWorks, I laugh everytime I see your profile pic. On a day like I've had so far I needed a good laugh. Thanks. -
Not as far as I'm aware but you are on other boards. Here on CERB you can usually tell if a guy asks about a certain lady and there are no responses (the old "if you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all" rule). Guys will often PM you regarding negative experiences. Cheers
-
Excellent post Soleil, My comment would be that alot of these issues can be solved with some research on the part of the pooner. Go on the boards and search for reviews. If you go on the boards regularly you'll learn who the honest, reputable reviewers are and who the trolls are. Trust the honest guys. I was lucky enough when I first started this hobby, that I identified and befriended a very experienced gentleman. His advice and guidance was invaluable. Post questions? Ask for opinions on a lady you are thinking of seeing? Try and find guys whose tastes are the same as yours. If you can't find reviews, then PM some of the reputable guys and see if they have an opinion that they haven't posted. I've done this in the past when I couldn't find a review and found it to be very helpful. Winnipeg is a pretty small, tightly knit community. If a lady has a tendency to perform in a poor fashion, you're not the first one to experience it and there will be those out there, more than happy to share their experience with you. Again, I emphasize, get to know who the reliable reviewers are and use them. Choosing an SP is like choosing any one who provides a service. If you're just gonna open up the phone book and pick the biggest ad or throw a dart at the yellow pages, then you'll likely be unsatisfied. If you do some homework and ask friends or family for recommendations, you'll likely be happier. And if after all that, you still have a bad experience. Then post about it. Be honest and present the facts. No attacking the SP or getting personal. The others on the board will appreciate it and often volunteer alterantive suggestions for your next experience. Just like the best lawyer or doctor lose the odd case or patient, every experienced pooner has had a few negative experiences. Learn from them and move on because at the end of the day, this hobby is the most fun you'll have with your pants off. Cheers
