Generally I think people can relate to these 3 lifts more than Olympic lifting which nobody does in the gym: Olympic consists of two lifts the Snatch & Clean & Jerk... *cough* LOL

There's talk about it. A lot of the sb culture believe it doesn't belong. I suspect it will be there by 2016 though. BMX was there this year... didn't enjoy that. & Softball, Baseball, Pentathalon & possibly Taekwondo are not going to be there anymore, so new sports will have to replace them. If Taekwondo goes, I vote for kicking Boxing, Judo & wrestling out and adding Mixed Martial Arts. I also would kick Weightlifting out in favour of Powerlifting. But I think more X Games stuff will end up being worked into the Olympics.
