So far -- just won a couple of coffees (timmies) and a donut with Country Style roll up the rim promotion ... Posted via Mobile Device -
I like the evolved improvements and especially the mobile access feature! Great way to keep up to date when you're out and about!

I think I saw them at the BulkBarn at Carlingwood mall (Ottawa). This is a franchised outlet so there might be a location near you http://www.bulkbarnfoods.com/english.html

Thanks again! Just seen her pic at CL. Very nice! Just a suggestion clip her pic from there and add it here. (I believe only you or the mod can do this)

Lately, I don't have much free time to spare so "time" would be my sacrifice.

Horwood, Thanks for sharing. Is this young lady blonde, brunette or red?

Mod, I noticed that Loneskater's rep bars were all red. The other thing is your own bars indicate over 50 but less than 100. When respect to nominated posts -- Does this have any effect on the Rep system? I only ask because it appears you can't add rep to a post once its been nominated.

Thats true. No doubt the media would have a field day if anything significant happened unless there is an publication ban during an ongoing investigation.

Thanks SA I've been keeping a lower profile lately and focusing on another important matter. After almost 5 years of exhaustive efforts, I finally can see the light at the end of the tunnel which I am content. Cerb is a classy community. All members by collaborative discussions and sharing of experiences and conveying positive information are its architects and make it for what it is. :)

Nothing is reported at the LE's statistics tool http://www.ottawapolice.ca/en/resources/crime_analysis_statistics/cr_redirect.cfm

Being paranoid is one thing, but being diligent is another. I have since disabled my onstar because it was no fun being pulled over by 3 cruisers and swarmed by 6 peace officers while on a extended vacation all because a wacky neighbour did not see you for a week and initiated a missing persons report!! The decision is problematic for Appeal to say the least. All depends how the issue surfaced in Superior Court. Because the issue came about as a result of a criminal matter; The Criminal Code will dictate how an Appeal may proceed. The Appeal Court of Ontario may not have jurisdiction by way of Federal Statute to entertain Section 784 of the criminal code states: ...An appeal lies to the court of appeal from a decision granting or refusing the relief sought in proceedings by way of mandamus, certiorari or prohibition....

Seymour, I agree the reason why the action came about is disturbing. But the precedence has now been set that a persons privacy and respective IP address and where they have been on the net is open to the Police without warrant. I don't think the judgment will end at this stage as it appears that such ruling is embarking on infringing individuals rights as guaranteed by the Charter.

Thats so true Spud. For instance, the Police also have access to the "Onstar" GPS system standardly equiped on late model GM vehicles and can locate same within minutes after the vehicle ignition switch is turned on without having a warrant. Its irrelevent if the owner of the gm vehicle subscribes to "Onstar" as the technology runs in the background. With a plate number - they can access the VIN and subsequently inter alia "Onstar" for location.

The times are changing! Police no longer require search warrants to obtain IP info with ISP's See this article reporting Ont Superior Court recent decision. http://www.nationalpost.com/news/story.html?id=1285658

Great discussion Dummpy! It's no surprise that allegations or malicious rumors are surfacing for whatever motive. Its human nature and the industry is competitive. However, there is always at least two different sides to a story and before I would pass judgment on a individual, I would at least learn both sides. At the end of the day if the allegations or rumors turn out to be unfounded, persons spreading such nonsense have less credibility and in fact are tarnishing their own reputation.

Well said and my thoughts exactly. I've been there a few times myself during a date. In the result, compromises were made and the next session more than made up for it.

I was in that Adult Superstore a few times. I thought it was pretty classy place. Many good looking women hung out there including some staff. Sadly, as a ramification of the fire -- looks like a few gals might be unemployed. Hopefully, the establishment reopens soon.
