Nope... SCJ by Judge alone. Combined Trial Sentencing hearing. Crown was silent with respect to Appeal. The guy was basically given 2 for 1 pre-sentence credit http://www.justice.gc.ca/eng/news-nouv/nr-cp/2009/doc_32346.html since the time af arrest -- He remained in custody. Should hear something within 30 days with respect to Appeal.

Definite Justice in disrepute. Totally disgusting. An Appeal rests with the Crown with respect to sentencing.

Jessica22 informed me many months ago by cell that a known person "to her" had hacked her accounts. As a urgent favour, she requested that I go into her Cerb account right away which she provided the password and delete all her pm's which I complied.

I had similiar expereince by pm about a week ago. I just more or less welcomed them to the community and referred them to the recommendation section.

SA, I've had that happen to me. It wasn't Bait and Switch, but I just couldn't connect with the gal. It wasn't about looks but personality. She just wasn't my type and perhaps I wasn't her type either. I was a gentlemen and Honorable and followed through with the appointment as I was already there. 2 hr dates are always better. However, there is nothing wrong with 1 hr dates as well.
