I've had so many cars over the years, if I had just a few of them today I would be pretty well off. I've had two 57 Chevys, a 56 Chevy, a 68 Camaro 327 (take that Apex!), a 69 Dart Swinger 340, assorted other less vintage cars including a surprisingly fun Beretta Z26 and VW Scirroco (lowered and tweaked). My friends had a lot of interesting cars like a 69 Camaro SS (396, again take that Apex!), Vettes, practically anything you like. We did a bit of illegal street racing before the current guys got so much attention, it's really a time honored tradition! :grin: Guess you might have guessed I used to be quite the motorhead. In a past life I was an auto mechanic and had lots of fun. I helped a pal drop a Chevy 327 into an Opel ... darn, what was their little sports car called, looked like a mini Vette? Anyway, we did it. Got it! It was an opel GT ....Didn't last too long tho .... *LOL* More to the point, I am perplexed that I can't pick what car I would really like to have now. I know lots I used to have that I wish I had back. I drove many cars including Jags and the like and they were nice in their way. But I can't really pin one vehicle down at the moment to say is my "dream car". I'll get back to you if anything comes to mind .... interesting topic brought me on a trip down memory lane. :-)

Many years ago my 1st wife cheated on me. I tried to forgive her but found out she was still doing it. I was pissed so I went and picked up a SW and got a BJ, my first venture into hobbying. I felt soooooooo used ........ and loved it! LOL Lots of good memories, too bad I can't tell the grandkids.

On the subject of asians and their legal standing, the most recent AMP busts in Ottawa netted exactly ZERO immigration violations, according to the newspaper reports. I'm not sure about the busts in Hull last year but if there were any illegal aliens involved it was a very small number. And yes, several of the places busted in Hull are once again open, contrary to an earlier post. Most of the girls at AMPs who "live" there are visiting, usually from Toronto and do that as they are here to make some quick $$$ and not to set up residence here. It doesn't mean they're illegal, they just live elsewhere. And that also explains why they some of them rotate so often. I've gotten to know several girls from AMPs very well over the years, well enough to know they are here legally. I've even seen some of their landed immigrant cards. I haven't met them all by any means but I'm talking of a fair sampling. I have met a couple here illegaly so there is at least a small number. While none of us know for certain, from my experience I'd say Bluenose thoughts are closer to reality here then some of the others. My take, YMMV.

I get to Cornwall on business now and then and would say it's a little more than an hour from most parts of Ottawa if you do the speed limit. Considering that since amalgamation "Ottawa" encompasses a huge territory there are parts of Ottawa that it could easily take 90 minutes or more, depending how far from major highways you are. According to the 2006 census, Cornwall has a population of 45965. But there isn't a lot going on, perhaps due to the fact it's on the way to Montreal. There were 2 not so desireable SPs (at least not to most guys who've commented) who advertised on CL from Cornwall (they still might) but other than a couple SC there's not much else happening there that I know of. HTH

The old state slogan for Pennsylvania used to be "You've Got a Friend in PA". Perhaps some of these Pennsylvania towns had something to do with that: Intercourse; Virginville, Maiden Creek (the last 2 near aptly named Pleasantville) After visiting these towns you might feel at home in nearby Blue Ball. There's a few more but their names escape me. Not coincidentally all these towns are in what is referred to as "Pennsylvania Dutch Country". There's a lot going on in those big piles of hay! Also not so coincidentally, Austria is a German country and PA Dutch people are not of Dutch heritage but are of German lineage. Those frisky Germans!

I'm almost positive that Cialis used to advertise the 20mg would last for 3 days. I had some and am certain the papers in the package said "up to 3 days". I only tried it once as I found V gave better results even if it didn't last as long.

Wow, it almost hurts to remember ...... first SP was in 88 near Washington DC. I looked in the phone book and paid way too much but she was pretty, pleasant and skilled. We had fun and I didn't realize until later that it cost more there. And she took traveller's cheques! If your SO isn't aware, Costco sells absolutely the BEST Ribeye steaks, even if you are one who likes their steaks well done (burnt and destroyed) they are awesome and tender. Failing a Costco membership your local butcher shop should have a decent steak. Food Basics is not recommended resource for a good steak. Remember that a proper man's steak is done on the BBQ, I've taken to my annual firing up of the grill happening on Mar 14 to heighten the experience!
