  1. Very true. Some SPs like to chat about more personal things, especially once they get to know you. So I'll follow her lead in that case, and if I ask questions, they're appropriate to the level she's already established. If the conversation stays at the level of how's the weather, I'm fine with that too. The goal is for her to feel comfortable with you within the limits she's set for her own comfort zone. Because when's she's comfortable with you, you will definitely enjoy your time together more. ;-)
  2. A little off the beaten path, but a couple of times when I've been at The Barley Mow at 10th Line and Innes, I've noticed some single cougars arrive at the bar and after a few minutes, start chatting with men who are obviously there on their own as well. I've been there with friends doing some business after lunch, so just kind of observed this activity on the perifery. But it seemed to me at least one "couple" left together. This was between 1 and 3 p.m. on a weekday BTW.
  3. Absolutely, Seymour. Completely understood.
  4. Agreed. I'm willing to take a chance on a new-comer who presents herself in a creditable manner, but not take a risk on what could possibly be a scam. Ultimately, we all have to set our own risk-taking comfort levels. I usually try to set mine somewhere between totally irresponsible and totally boring. Lol.
  5. I agree, Annessa. Often it's the smug, pretentious, arrogant upper middle class "pseudo-intellectuals" with little or no life experience who can be among the most bigoted people ever. And not just on women's issues, but on issues of race and language and class as well. Because they know better than everyone else what's best for everybody. Kind of like that funny-looking guy with the mustache in Germany a few decades ago.
  6. Thanks for this Slurp. One question, which may have been answered in other posts about her, but I can't seem to find the info. What age is Connie, roughly?
  7. Nicely written, as always, Seymour. I've been on a number of lunch, dinner, movie, museum etc escort dates myself. I've never regarded them as "dirty little secrets" though. Always as a good time with a friend I really like, because that is the only reason I would go on a "social" date with an escort. We've usually been appropriately, discretely affectionate in public. And you are right. It is about time, spent with someone who's interesting and fun and warm and intelligent and beautiful both in and out of bed.
  8. I agree. There are so many "sure thing" reliable independents on here, why take a chance on something that sounds so uncertain?
  9. I'm trying to stop doing that, but sometimes it still happens. Lol.
  10. Excellent choices! Love all those media and music folks.
  11. Gawd! The perfect blonde, combing wholesome country-girl earnestness with the potential to do the entire college soccer team in the shower room each day. Yum-yum!
  12. Kind of disgusting to say, according to my liver transplant surgeon (just kidding), but I've been to most of those bars, and have had some success in some, less in others. My theory (developed over the years): the bar doesn't matter that much, as long as lots of men and women drink there. It's how much you want to risk on taking a chance and how you make your moves. Could pay off big time - or you could strike out. Tho' I'm planning to do my Sean Connery imitation more often, since Spud seems to have good success with the Scots accent. Lol
  13. That's very cool, AA. How do you decide which ones to use when you have that range (15) to choose from?
  14. Yep. She has industrial-strength toys.
  15. I can't decide whether to have them tattooed "Tick Tock" or "Ding Dong". 8-)
  16. Hope you had fun, sweetie. Wish I was there to lick the icing off your cake. And have you blow my candle.
  17. Emma. you're just encouraging more jocularity by offering to spank us for not being serious. ;-) But seriously folks, Market, Centretown or Westboro would be the way to go. Seems to me that you know at least one real estate mogul on here (lol). Perhaps you could put them on retainer (just to show them the other side of the coin, as it were - lol) to find you something suitable.
  18. Did it a couple of months ago - I agree, interesting. And interesting to see the results.
  19. And a good 2 cents they were, Rick. I agree with you.
  20. Those new to CERB might want to do a search on "PK" and "Pink Kitty" in order to read the range of comments in a variety of threads.
