Well, interesting idea, but not one that will fly, I think. Not really relevant to the average SP. Most SPs are happy to accept new clients who don't come across as totally weird or wired upon initial contact. SPs have a pretty good "spidy sense" for assholes, jerks and psycho-killers. If you are in fact normal when you first meet your next SP, things should be fine. In any case, a number have "protection" waiting to deal with "bad dates" as they occur if they occur. But just be yourself and you should fine. You sound like a shy guy, not an asshole or weirdo. SPs are used to dealing with shy guys. So just call her (your next SP date) up and have fun.

Kind of like that Clint Eastwood line from Dirty Harry, "you know, in all the excitement there, I completely lost track of just how many times I pulled the trigger." 8)

Age is not really a prime determining factor for me. Maturity is. Good point, mod. I did forget those who have good intentions but who also have learning disability. Didn't mean to dis anybody who has a good reason why they don't write English as well as some of us would like to see. Putting down people with dyslexia for less than perfect written English is kind of like putting down former PM Chretien because his face looks a bit odd. I was never a huge fan of his, but I did resent when his opponents used a medical problem as a reason to ridicule him in a campaign ad a few years back. So, apologies to anyone who has a good reason for writing less than perfect English.

As for bringing your own condoms, probably best to ask about that first. Certainly, SPs will use the protection they think is most effective, not necessarily the one you brought and like because it's thin or flavourful or whatever. Pleanty of Fish is pretty cool and it's free. Doesn't mean you'll find anything there. But it's much better than AFF. AFF is run by Penthouse Magazine and is pretty much a lot of BS for the most part. Just people who like to pretend on-line, but really don't want to walk the walk, it seemed to me. As well, CL and Kijiji Personal Casuals can be interesting. And they are local. Lots of flakes, of course, but an occassional nugget.

I would say that in my experience (I would guess more than one thousand different paid sex partners in more than 25 years - I started fairly young - lol), 95 per cent of SPs are pretty much disconnected from any meaningful emotional contact with the client. We're paying them for casual fun sex, after all, not their real emotions. The whole GFE phenomenon, which has only been around for a few years, has probably only added to the confusion. GFE, in my opinion, describes a range of services and an attitude, not an actually relationship. You can fantasize that she's in love with you, really likes you, etc. But she's just being nice to you in a professional way. Nothing wrong with that. You're paying for it. And she's happy to deliver, because it makes her workday more pleasant than dealing with assholes. So enjoy. But don't think it's more than what it is. Sure, if you're a regular or repeat, you can be liked as such in a friendly way, just as a woman who has worked with you at the office for the past few years can have a regular pleasant chat with you in the lunch room. But it's just a pleasant chat in the lunch room and 1 p.m. comes soon enough. But a more extensive connection than that, as in the rest of life, doesn't happen that often.
