For some women who are otherwise very sexually experienced and open to a wide number of possibilities with clients, not kissing represents a certain "intimacy barrier" between their personal and professional lives, which they wish to keep separate. I totally respect that and it's never been an issue for me. I've had some incredible sex with women in this business who've been into kissing. I think Dummpy meant the latter. Once someone tests positive for an STD/STI, there is both a moral obligation to inform personally, and a legal one to provide the health care system with a list of, all sexual partners you've had direct contact with in the past three months. You have to provide the public health care system with their contact info so that a public health nurse can get in touch with them and advise them to be tested for STD/STIs. Even if you've told them personally, the public health system will want to follow up to verify. If you're really conscientious, if you've had indirect contact (did an MMFF or whatever), you probably want to make sure those individuals are informed as well, even though the health care system requires you to report only direct contacts.
