A-Z sexy word game

I generally keep to my natural colour, which is dark brown. For a few months, a couple years back, it was purple. But that was too hard to keep up, and too noticeable. I prefer being able to wander about generally unnoticed--but with purple hair, everyone stares. The only thing that changes frequently is the style. My hair is naturally curly, so in the summer when it's too hot to blowdry/flatiron, I just leave it curly. Once it starts to cool off, I'll start going straight again. I'm also in the mood to change my haircut, but since it's already short, there isn't much I can do right now but grow it out some more. As to the actual question: do blondes have more fun? I can't say, as I've never been blonde, but speaking as a brunette, I've gotten into all kinds of trouble ;)

True story. I met a client who was a one-night stand I had in Waterloo during first year uni, six years prior. -
seeing married/committed SP's
VedaSloan replied to VedaSloan's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I just want to point out it's not cheating if you're in an open or polyamorous relationship where your partner knows and consents. I hardly see how it matters to you if the SP is married/committed--that's between her and her partner, and as RG stated above, we're not looking for husbands/boyfriends, we're just trying to make a living. Also, you've probably already seen escorts who have boyfriends/partners as most of us don't go around advertising our personal lives. -

Well, I would say it was for work and just tell the wife that you're as surprised as she is that you get to go someplace nice, but that you won't get to enjoy much of it anyway, since it is for work. That'll explain the tan. Tell her that since the length of the trip isn't very long, that you'll have to work over the weekend as well, and that this was the only time that worked for both you and the Caribbean contacts. Research some companies in the Caribbean that do the same work you do and drop names. I don't know what you're doing with the sand, but I've never managed to get it in my suitcase ;) -

Um, yes, actually. Have you been going through my closet? I also have the old-school black 20 holes. -

I need some more info before I can craft you a marvelous cover story. First, do you go away on trips normally? Do you normally travel for business? Or is this a trip that your SO would want to go on and be wondering why you're going without her? Honestly, without knowing too much about you, I'd go with the business trip line, but if you don't travel for business regularly that won't work. Then again, my dad doesn't travel regularly for business, and a couple of years ago went to India and then the Canary Islands to work on oil rigs. So if you can come up with some kind of extension to what you do for work (my dad is an electrical contractor and now does work with Bruce Nuclear, so doing electrical work on an oil rig wasn't a big stretch), that might work too. Work-related excuses like conferences, training sessions, industry workshops, etc work really well too. -
Asking yourself why you think one way or another is also good not just to help you recognize harmful thinking, but also helps you understand yourself better. I took some anger management stuff a few years back (I have a temper, yo) and learning to question exactly why I was angry really helped me to understand where the anger came from and what I could do to change it. A major realization for me was learning that anger is just the outside layer of an onion and when you peel away the layers you realize that the anger stems from fear. So ask yourself why you're angry and then ask yourself why that's a big deal and you'll usually find some kind of underlying fear. Plus, it works for understanding other people's anger too. love and solidarity to you Sky! xo

Amy Winehouse is dead!
VedaSloan replied to master's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I'm a little disturbed by how quickly a number of you are happily writing off Amy Winehouse because "she was a junkie." You sound an awful lot like the same people who didn't do fuck all when Robert Pickton was murdering my sisters because, oh, well, they're just crackwhores. People are people and you have no idea what brought them to the point where they thought drugs were a solution. Who are you to judge them? I went to rehab myself, and I can tell you from experience, that every single one of the people in there had underlying mental health issues and didn't know how to cope with said issues and thus did drugs to try to cope. And they were men and women just like you or I, with families, with feelings and with hopes and dreams. Reading some of the responses in this thread today made me a little sad to have to associate myself with you. -

I will tell you a secret--all women love shoes because you're never too fat for shoes--they always look great. -
Reasons not to complain about the heat

So, you mean I can't stalk you all up and down Georgian Bay? BOOOO. -
I have never seen two girls, one cup, and I can guarantee I've seen grosser. I'm not sure I get why some people are giving the OP shit (haha) for posting. It's not like she was posting the link and telling everyone it was some hilarious funny video. She was just venting about how grossed out she was. People post lots of non-hobby related material. I'm so sorry some of your delicate sensibilities are offended!

Quick aside, her ex-fiancee is my current lover :)

Reasons not to complain about the heat

Don't tell me you're from my neck of the woods! And I just gotta say, it's not as fun in the summer when you're a larger woman. As much as I'd like to wear skimpy outfits, I'd rather not invite the catcalls/comments that go with it. -

more first time questions

Personally, I'd book one hour with one SP and see how that goes. If you find that the time goes by too quickly, then you can book a second SP (or the same SP if you really like her) for two hours. Plus, you may also find that the chemistry isn't there and then you're stuck trying to make two hours go by with someone you're not that interested in. In terms of your second question, I agree with the other ladies--just let it flow naturally! Relax and have fun. -
If I ever met that guy in person, I'd probably strangle him. As it was, I was fighting not to lose my shit at his description of what happened as "spirited balktalk."

That sounds like a quote I read on Born Whore's blog (Juliet November)-I know she worked in Australia for quite some time, maybe they're the same person? Also, I wanted to make mention of the use of the word "slavery" and "abolition" by prohibitionists. I hate how they have appropriated these terms and in turn have appropriated the experiences of enslaved racialized peoples, which is why I refuse to call them "abolitionists." They are prohibitionists plain and simple.

Not all feminists are bullies! It's such a shame that these particular "feminists" are giving us all a bad name.
