Twice I've been a no-show: once my sister was giving birth and the second time I had a severe allergic reaction at lunch and spent the afternoon in emerg. I've had it happen a couple of times too, Emma. One was a twenty-eight year old virgin who was exceedingly nervous and he tried to pull the condom on like a sock.
