It's a girl! Alana Louise. She's the most precious little thing I've ever seen. Came in at 7lbs 8oz at 2.37pm today. Three cheers for hospital internet!

This is just a general apology to anyone who was trying to see me this week. Not only did my straight job overwhelm me this week with unexpected annoyances that I had to take care of, my sister went into labour today a week early! I had to cancel about three or four appointments, and one I accidentally emailed the wrong client to cancel and so I didn't end up giving the poor guy any cancellation notice at all! So apologies my loves. I have been stressed, and completely scatterbrained and I feel terrible. I should be back to normal by next week, I swear! xoxoxox Erin

Haha, when guys suck my toes it makes me laugh, honestly. It tickles! -
Man, I HATE when you specify something to a client and they completely ignore you. You did the right thing.

Biggest turn off on a body?
VedaSloan replied to Apex2006's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I have to agree with Spud, tattoos and piercings are totally hot! And that's on both sexes. In terms of tattooing, I have plans to get many more. I view my body as a canvas and my tattoos as my own personal art. My next piece is going to be a large calf piece of Odysseus and the Sirens, but similar to the red style of Attic pottery (think 5th/6th century Athenian pottery). I'm thinking as I get more tattoos, I'll have to start marketing myself as the punk chick or something similar. I will not, however, be tattooing a hairy dick and balls on my ass! -

of course, I can't speak for Ariane, but the more the merrier! -
Haha, yeah! Anytime. Grimlock loves attention!

Seeing as I do both (work both independently and for an agency), I have to disagree with the implication that agency girls don't take it seriously or make an effort. To me, a client is a client and I treat them all equally and with the same level of service--the best of my ability.

Mmmmm, we agree on something! Let's kidnap her and have one hell of a threesome :) -
I work both freelance and for an agency. I can't speak for the client side of things, but through the agency, I can't guarantee when I'll show up (it depends on how long the driver takes to get to me and then how long it takes to get to you from where I am). Then, there is the little business of safety calls. One at the beginning post-cash and then 15 mins from the end. With agency girls you run the risk of them being more about getting in and getting out, but if you do your research you can find some agency gems (like me, not to toot my own horn!). Freelance, I do incalls, so you show up at the appointment time and I'm there. There are no phone calls or any of that, though people do know where I'm at and what's going on in terms of safety. When you book, you speak to me directly so there is no third party mediator. I hope that helps and welcome to the boards!

Hhahahaha, like I said, this is a new craving for me. I used to be totally about super femme lesbians. But I like the idea of a dominant butch lesbian taking control and having her way with me. -

Ahh, yeah dyke or butch is pretty much the same thing. But when I say butch, I mean she looks like a guy, or is pretty androgenous. Here's a pic of Dani from Tila Tequila. So cute! -

Ahh, see I don't see her as butchy. But she's fine! I'd tap that fo sho. -

Hmmmm. Maybe I should grow my hair long again! Though, my hair is naturally curly, so when it's long, it's all ringlets. Here's a pic of me from high school with my friend Rob! -

Oh man, seriously, I am posting like a fiend and I still can't get into the top posters section. You all need to stop posting for a few days and let a girl catch up! I'm trying to break 400 here. Yeesh. -

I am most definitely bisexual and was before I got into the sex trade. I go through phases or binges if you will. On the whole, I'm more attracted to men, but every few months I need to bag a lady. I like cute butchy types. I used to be more into lipstick lesbians, but lately all I can think about are the butch types. If any of you watch Tila Tequila, in the first season, there was a lesbian, Dani, who I was totally enamoured with. That's my type. Sadly, butchy lesbians aren't really into doing duos with me. Hahaha. And frankly, I don't think the guys would be into the butchy lesbian either. Ahh, but a girl can dream! -
Chocolate Easter bunny poll.

Ha, well let's see, Thursday I took the plunge with a potential new lover. It was terrible. Also, walking home from his house at 4 am, I got solicited on the street. That was a first. I almost did it, but then I chickened out. Then, I had a call on Friday with a dude with a super random fetish. It was a fun weekend! But totally chocolate free. Le sigh. -
What made you take the plunge?
VedaSloan replied to Ariane Valmont's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I will admit when I first started, it wasn't for the money. I am just a slutty chick. I like sexual variety. I like sexual exploration. So when a former lover asked if he could pay to continue seeing me, I figured what the hell. I mean, I'd already slept with him for free. What an ego boost that was. I was thinking to myself about what hot shit I was for days. Hahaha. Then I wet my toes on Craigs for a few months, which drove me absolutely batty and from there I joined up with the Playgirls. I still work independently part-time, but no more Craigs for me. Hahha. -

Yeah, me too! Ears first. Then head, then limbs and then body. PS I didn't get any Easter chocolate this year  -
Biggest turn off on a body?
VedaSloan replied to Apex2006's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Give me a nice round ass. Mmmmm. I love a man's ass. Sometimes when I'm sleeping over at my lover's, he'll get up to use the bathroom, and he'll think I'm asleep, but really, I'm checking out his ass. Ok, that sort of sounded like I stay up all night waiting for those moments, but I really just don't sleep well in places other than my own bed. Ok, but as for turn offs. BAD BREATH. Or smelly balls. Nothing kills my mood faster than something smelly. -
Against Sexual Exploitation
VedaSloan replied to VedaSloan's topic in Legal discussion, cases & questions
This article echoes many of the sentiments expressed by the CLAP. I'm curious to know where the stats he quotes are coming from (because apparently 89% of sex workers want out of the biz). In any case, thinking like this reduces women to the "eternal" victim role. We become unable to think, to choose, to consent. We need to be saved by the government! I think it's ridiculous to criminalize the men. If it's okay for the women to work as prostitutes, it should not be illegal to visit one. People like this shouldn't be allowed to spew their garbage left and right. These are the people the media go to when they want to talk prostitution, not the prostitutes themselves. Just like in any industry (hospitality or factory work, for example) there are some which are good, and some whose conditions are the lowest of the low. Which leads me to my next point. Human trafficking is a labor issue, not a prostitution issue. -
Against Sexual Exploitation
VedaSloan replied to VedaSloan's topic in Legal discussion, cases & questions
Yeah, it's BS. He's based his whole career around this theory, so of course he won't let it go easily. My problem is he spouts all this shit and he's never even spoken to a sex worker. -
one of my biggest pet peeves as an SP
VedaSloan replied to VedaSloan's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Well I can obviously relate because of some of those things, but the reason I like her post has nothing to do with that. She could be Bangladeshi, Chinese, or Thai for all I care and broke, but her points are still valid. And being a feminist doesn't make a difference to me, it's her stance within feminism that I like. There are many feminist abolitionists who would identify as feminist and hate my guts for what I do. The point is, it isn't clients who we as SP's should be afraid of. They are our brothers, husbands, friends, bosses, etc. It is the people who don't understand this work, who don't understand that it is work and that we take it very seriously (both in terms of our safety and health), that make problems for sex workers. Those are the people who think it's okay to continue to criminalize sex work even though it's proven that it doesn't help anyone, except perhaps the cops who get off on making life miserable for the street workers and the lucky ones in Spotsylvania who get to receive sexual favours to make a soliciting case. It's those people who make policies and laws affecting us and they refuse to even listen to what sex workers themselves have to say. Those are the people that scare me. That is all I was trying to point out with this post. I will agree that many feminists have views that are very western and white, ageist, and whore-phobic. I was hoping by posting this article to raise awareness that clients are not the issue. My safety is always in the back of my mind, but I've never been afraid of my clients, probably because I've always viewed them like anyone else I'm planning to bone, as a potential lover. It just so happens that in this case, I also get paid. Money doesn't suddenly make sex unsafe or wrong.
