I agree. Airbrushing out tattoos, for instance, is reasonable for privacy.

I now use both Google image search and Tineye before I book. However, there are ways to alter photos so they don't show up on searches. If you see a photo with a thick black border, there's a good chance it's a stolen picture of someone else, altered to avoid being searched.

I've considered seeing them both, too. I'd love to see a recommendation if anyone goes for it!
