Whether or not an SP is indy has nothing to do with it. Outcalls are legal, whether you see an independant or a girl from an agency.

I love variety, so I'd like to see some ladies who are in their late 40's or early 50's just to change things up a bit. I called Cindy's a few years ago and had some positive experiences. I was just wondering if anyone's used them recently, and/or if someone would be willing to TOFTT in this regard.
-
There are, but few and far between.
-
You can TOFTT if you so choose, but IMO you'd be better off sticking with the recommended ladies on Cerb.

Just wondering if anyone's tried "Cindy's Mature Escorts" agency in the yellow pages recently... if so, how was the experience?

Good idea... thanks!

Recommendations for a special treat?
drlove replied to derfla's topic in Escort Discussion for Nova Scotia
I would, but sadly she's left the industry for the time being. -
Agreed. However, I was just thinking of having the landlord sign it as well, and getting a copy or receipt from him just to be on the safe side. For instance, I may give my notice next month but there is no guarantee exactly when the landlord will forward my request on to the property management company. Technically, they can wait until three months before my anniversary date, and that's a lot of time for papers to get misplaced, lost etc..

I recently bought a condo with a closing date of October 2010. Since my lease at my present apartment renews on August 1st, I will opt to go month to month for the remaining time until I take possession of my unit. I am required to provide written notice to my landlord, who will then forward it to the property management company. In turn, they will send me a letter of acceptance/approval of the new rental terms. My question is, when I give written notice to my landlord, should I request they sign the letter and then get a copy of it, or should I ask for a receipt of some kind? I'd feel better if I had documented proof that I actually gave them written notice. That way, they can't come back later and say that they never received it. Any thoughts??

A rant to drunk drivers.

Drunk drivers are losers, plain and simple. The cops should lock them up and throw away the key... -

Sorry, but I haven't heard of her. The only SP I know in Cole Harbour is Morgan.
-
What are her rates?
-
I wonder if the presiding judge will take that into consideration when deciding on a ruling...

Only on Cerb!

What are you basing your comments on?? The vast majority of suspensions are only temporary.

I like mature porn - ladies in their 40's and 50's, BBW's as well as feet pics. I get bored with the run of the mill stuff.

Hopefully not too long... She's a valuable, contributing member of the Cerb community.

That's surprising...

Buying A Condo - Any Advice?
drlove replied to drlove's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
So far, I have been there a few times and have never heard any noise whatsoever. I've heard from several people that it is a quiet building, and that there are a lot of older folk living there. Moreover, all the present renters will be evicted to make way for buyers. That said, the owners will have money, and a vested interest in the building which is good. Unfortunately, there is no way I can spend an overnight in the building, so I'm taking my chances. From what I can tell though, the construction is solid and their ad mentions that since it is concrete it will aid in soundproofing. Also, when choosing my unit I picked the one where my bedroom borders on the next door unit's bedroom as well - as opposed to their living room. Hopefully, that will help. -
I should add, closing won't be until October of 2010. The bank has a builder's package in place which allows them to guarantee the rate for 18 months. That way, I'd get 4.29% effective October 2010 for five years.

Does Anyone have Experience With Manulife One?
drlove replied to drlove's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Thanks for the reply - I agree. When I talked to the rep and she was explaining things, the principle of it sounded good, but in practice it could really be a hassle to deal with. -
One of the big banks offered me a rate of 4.29% locked in for five years. Good or bad?

I'm thinking about getting a line of credit mortgage, but I have some reservations. My problem is that Manulife is a virtual bank, and I'd prefer to have teller assistance since I make business deposits and withdrawals on a regular basis. I'm not a fan of online banking at all, so I usually go to the ATM. However, in this case I'd be hit with service fees every time I attempted to take money out, not to mention a monthly service charge. Right now, my banking is free. Any advice? Thanks...
