I had the pleasure of seeing Sara today... In one word - intense! She is a voluptuous vixen with curves in all the right places, and skills to match. I had a hard time believing that she hadn't been in the business for very long, since she has the experience of a consummate professional. You're absolutely right. I just miss the old days, *lol*. I agree with your discussion in another thread as well where you advocate the legalization of brothels. Hopefully at some point, the laws governing common bawdy houses will be appealed and thus changed. Perhaps it's just me, but I feel that in the past, Halifax was much more of a wide open city. The brothels that were in existence at the time operated with relative impunity, and there were plenty of reputable agencies to choose from. Sadly, all of those have shut down. These days, HRM is going ultra conservative. Thank God for all the lovely independents out there! :D

Canada should eradicate it's antiquated laws concerning prostitution; In effect it really boils down to archaic Victorian notions centered around morality. If you look at other countries such as Germany, or a city like Amsterdam in the Netherlands you'll find that it is government regulated. Now that may or may not be a good thing depending on who you ask. However, as such, ladies are free to work where and when they choose - in safe environments. Perhaps what we should be advocating is decriminalization as opposed to legalization. Doing so would promote equality for all, and eliminate the increasing marginalization of certain sectors of the sex trade. Btw... has anyone challenged the laws governing prostitution in Canada on the grounds that they are unconstitutional?
