Hey, I'm a pretty easy going french guy and stuff like grammar and bad spelling doesn't usually bother me but when I see bad spelling over and over ad neuseum, it makes me cringe. So what's the deal with the term "hobbiest"? I did a google search on the word and google was pretty intent on suggesting that the word I am searching for is "hobbyist". Is there a special secret connotation for this word? Is it like the word "compatable"? Everyone on the internet spells it that way so everyone else think it's the right spelling. Another one the makes me cringe is when I hear Americans say the word Iraq as "eye-raq". Hey if you're going to invade a country, you should learn how its name is pronounced! Does anyone else hear or see language faux-pas that make you cringe? (btw... any spelling mistakes in this post was done on purpose :cooter:)

She states that she only wants to deal with personal messages and the phone and I respect her choice. In fact she's has a very good reputation on CERB. There's nothing suspicious. The simple solution is to not answer my phone and wait for her reponse from a voicemail message.

Here's a situation that I'm sure applies to other hobbyists... It's morning, you're at work and you want to contact a service provider to possibly meet in the evening. You leave the building and make the initial phone call on your cell phone but there is no answer. You leave a message indicating your interest in meeting in the evening but you don't want to be called back because you will most likely be at your desk at the time. You indicate that you want to be contacted via email instead. Is this an unreasonable request? I there another way to have a discreet dialog? Sending a personal message on cerb is not an option because other co-workers could potentially see the web site on your monitor. What do you do if the service provider refuses to send emails outside of cerb?

Yeah, thanks for lightening it up Old Dog, LOL, and thanks everyone for your feedback. Writing this thread gave me the courage to give it a shot and have a good discussion with my wife - but I have to find the right time to do it. It won't stop me from going elsewhere but it may slow me down a little.

I have been looking elsewhere for sexual satisfaction for years now whether it's strip clubs, service providers or my frequent usage of a flesh light along with some good porn. I have always wondered if I should put more effort trying to improve my sexual relationship with my spouse. In my case she is still very attractive to me but she doesn't have the same sex drive as I do. Wouldn't be nice if you could change things at home so you wouldn't have to look elsewhere? I didn't get her name. She's african-american has small breasts and big thighs. She was not particularly atractive. The seemed to know each other. I doubt the guy would get mugged, he was built to defend himself.

Hey I'm all for celebrating the female form, it's my favourite hobby! Some women decided not to bare all just because it was such a spectacle and I don't blame them. What these women needed was some support (pun intended) :)

In response to an Iranian cleric that stated earthquakes are caused by scantily clad women, two women in Vancouver decided to hold a protest and flung their tops off. What bothers me about this ordeal isn?t the cleric?s statement since their ignorance is known and acknowledge by western society. It?s the hoards of men who showed up to see the spectacle. What bothers me is the fact that the protesting women are making a statement and seek support from the audience. They are not there to be gawked at. Granted, men clearly have a strong desire to admire the female form and men shouldn?t suppress that desire in my opinion. That desire is clearly proven given the billions of dollars that pour in the porn industry. I wonder how many of these men would never set foot in a strip club. At least in a strip club the women expect to be looked at an admired. I recall seeing the same spectacle in Ottawa. Even if I wanted to show some support and be present at such a protest, I would be embarrassed to appear among these men.
