    I have my roof re done by some folks from Hamilton(they cover all of Ontario) it was done with aluminum shingles(many choice of colors) and with a lifetime warranty parts and labor, though they are not cheap I will never have to worry about my roof leaking or fading.     This was not pointed out to me but touch me just as much. My family owns a business and have been employing people for many years and now that my dad is retired and living in a retirement home I get old employees calling me to find out how he is doing. One day last year I was visiting my dad and this one ex employee came in to see his mom at the same home and noticed I was there so he approached me and asked me what I was doing there. I told him my dad was staying here so he took some time to see my dad. We talked about the good old day when he was in his early teens and dropped out of school to find himself a job and ended up working for my dad. Two weeks after he started the school board showed up at the factory and told my father that he could not hire this guy unless he signed papers saying he would keep him until he was 18. Now this guy at that age was turning out to be a bum, but he told my dad that he kept him in the right direction and that is why he turn out to be successful today. He shook my hand and hugged my dad and told him that he was more of a father figure then his real dad was. I was in tears when he left since I worked with this guy a lot in my teens.

    In a nearby small town one guy did nothing to cut his grass this year and last week the town sent there man to cut it with the town lawn tractor. I wonder who will pay the bill? Additional Comments: I heard it is available in Quebec, just cross the bridge.lol

    Meg, your yard can't be all that big now here is a suggestion: get some "round up" I think it is still available in Ontario spray your lawn with it. Once you have no more grass get an outdoor carpet set around your property and you will have no more grass to cut or weeds growing. There is also the fake green grass they put in baseball stadium.

    That's an easy one to answer, my sister is a prude and my brothers wouldn't care neither would my dad. For the in law I would probably make more noise then normal just to put it in there face.
