I am lucky, very few no shows. I think a good screening process (what ever works for each individual) should be used. What works for me, might not work for you. I sympathize, because I used to do blocked calls, payphones, businessess when I first started, and 99% of them where no shows/crank calls. NOT anymore... :-D

Well I can and do exclude a bunch that I don't want to see in my house, let alone my bed. End of story. Just because someone calls me, doesn't mean I have to answer, or even see them. There are plenty of days where I won't answer the phone due to caller,numbers from business, etc. I run a tight ship, as I see fit. By all means see who you want, and I will do that as well. That is the great thing about being independent, and having choice and control over what you do with your time, your day, your house:wink:
