  1. I concur with Kelly, and would also like to add Lily from Studio Illona.
  2. Dropped in tonight to get a drink. Seemed relatively busy, but no one really caught our attention. A girl named Delicious came over and chatted us up for a long time. The girl wasn't really our style, but we couldn't really turn her away. :)
  3. Actually, I've picked up various techniques from various MA's that I've seen over the years, and I've offered reverse massages to them. I've found that doing something learned from one MA on another MA, causes them to just melt (in a good way). They begin expecting and wanting me to massage them on later visits. Creates a more relaxed and equal relationship between us too afterwards.
  4. Obviously I don't want to take up too much bandwidth here about it, so you can PM me if you like, but would like to know if anybody knows anything about the C*F board being down?
  5. Being able to change your personality is actually a function of your personality. Kind of a chicken-and-egg situation. Some people have the ability to change, but others don't. Add to that the problem that many people with bad personalities don't know they have bad personalities. Myself, I've been able to change my personality over the course of a couple years after leaving university. I was a dour serious person prior to that, including throughout all of my high-school years -- exactly the time I should've been carefree and outgoing. After a few years I learned to take life less seriously, and I developed a better sense of humor, and my luck with women also changed for the better.
  6. Too bad you're not a chick, otherwise you'd have been quite popular around here. :) By the way, do those arousal techniques (or anti-arousal, whatever the case), work only on men, or can you use them on women too?
  7. You'll find everything is doubled, there is no "volume discount" here. :)
  8. You will have a bit of a problem here, you cannot offer insurance receipts if you do anything remotely sexual during your sessions. You will have to be very careful about keeping the two aspects of massage completely separate from each other. Preferably you should practice your RMT sessions at a totally different location and at different times than your MA sessions. You shouldn't even use the same name. I've known ladies in the past who have maintained totally separate practices, one for RMT, one for MA. They won't even allow the same customers to see them in different capacities: if a customer is sees them as an MA, they aren't allowed to see them as an RMT. However, if your training as an RMT has improved your MA skills, then using those techniques will only be an asset. It's good for your advertising to be known as an "RMT-like massage provider", but as long as you never offer insurance receipts you're fine.
  9. I don't think any compensation should be necessary, your appointment was today, and you canceled yesterday, plenty of time for her to rebook business. And especially since you had a really good reason for canceling. Certainly the suggestion by someone to compensate for anything less than 3 days notice is nuts, no one needs that much notice, not even doctors or dentists.
  10. Very good quality massage, nearly RMT-quality.
  11. Can you imagine the frosty looks when they are mowing their lawns?:vatefaire:
  12. Does anyone watch the Toronto cop drama, King? It's on Showcase (and Global too, I think, I watch it on Showcase). It's a really cool show, here's the info: King (TV Series 2011) - IMDb The season 2 premiere was on yesterday. The episode was about a former police chief's son who was cheating on his wife with an East European stripper, and the stripper turned up dead. Well, the stripper was working at a club called, you guessed it ... The Silver Dollar! They showed the inside of the fictional Silver Dollar, and its layout even reminded me of the real Silver Dollar: with the bar on one side towards the front, and the stage on the other side towards the middle. For the exterior shots, they did change the sign on the club from simply "The Silver Dollar" to "The Silver Dollar Room", but throughout the show, they simply referred to it as "The Silver Dollar". Now, since this is a Toronto show, so chances are likely that some of the writers came from Ottawa. So it's possible that they decided to use a name that doesn't actually exist in Toronto to avoid lawsuits, so they may have decided to use a name from Ottawa. The fictional SD seems to be almost as colorful as the real SD.
  13. Tantric massage is basically massage without immediate release. The MA takes you close to release, and then relaxes you back down, and then takes you back up, and then down again, etc. In the final uptake, usually towards the end of your massage, she'll let you release. That's the theory anyways, I haven't tried it.
  14. I used to know an MA who was completely afraid of the way feet looked. She was okay with legs, but just the look of feet set off primal disgust in her, much like bugs or snakes set off primal disgust in other people. She would massage the legs all of the way down to the ankles, but couldn't bring herself to go below. I suppose she was okay with her own feet, but no one else's. It was a minor inconvenience, as during massage, your feet start to get cold as the blood flows across other parts of your body, so massaging the feet themselves warms them up, so with her your feet always went cold. She was apologetic about it, of course. So she might have been the only case of foot anti-fetish I've seen. Despite this, she was one my faves for years and years.
  15. :icon_idea: I just figure we came down from the trees six million years ago, and lost some dexterity in our toes, but gained some dexterity in our fingers for a reason. :)
  16. Those things are hardly reliable. Lots of places where you don't have a signal, and there's lots of times that a text is never immediate.
  17. I know a lot of SP's end up becoming MA's because they think it's "less intense", i.e. they're trying to get away from having to provide certain levels of emotional connection anymore. I'm sure after a certain amount of time, some SP's may feel it's taking a toll on them, so they expect becoming MA's will be like their rehabilitation from SP work. They may think the MA code of conduct is strictly regulated by some sort of defacto standards, beyond which you cannot go. However, not all girls in massage started out as SP's. Some just started out as MA's right off the bat. These girls may tend to not look at MA work so strictly regimented. The emotional connection they may provide doesn't feel all that different from what an SP can provide. As other members have said, they may have taken their MA's out to dinner at times. These don't necessarily fall into a strict convention.
  18. I've noticed that perhaps the best place for an indy to locate would be an apartment with an intercom system down below. The client calls up from the intercom down below, and by the time he goes up the elevator, the SP is already ready to open the door and there won't be any loud knocking on the door to alert neighbours. Apartment buildings have paper-thin walls, and too many nosy neighbours that get alerted whenever somebody knocks at another apartment door. In the past, the ones that got busted were usually the places located in smaller apartment buildings (3 storey or less), which usually didn't have intercoms. The client just walked into the building went straight to the apartment door, and knocked. Depending on how quickly the SP was ready to answer the door, the client might wait in the hallway for a couple of minutes, enough time for neighbours to view them through a peephole. Eventually they'd notice a stream of different men coming in, and then the gears would turn in their heads, and then the police weren't far behind.
  19. I agree with what others have said, the door fees at a spa vs. an indy, there's more personal getting to know each other with an indy, more privacy at an indy. But having said that, I go to both, and I find sometimes I have better chemistry with some spa girls than some indies, and some spas aren't so expensive either.
  20. It's always neighbours that bring down a place. Unless there was some connection to underworld figures.
  21. We're talking about massage here, not escort. Not even sure how the term "PSE" can be applied to it. But then again, I wasn't sure how the term "GFE" can be applied to massage either, yet here we have some providers advertising as such. So what do I know? :confused0024:
  22. As I heard it much later, one of the girls in the place would regularly go out and smoke a joint, which was quite obvious to the other tennants. I doubt anyone could prove that there were "sexual acts" going on inside without actually going inside. It was most likely raided on the possible drug use excuse. After the raid, I actually stopped going to the other ALO locations briefly, in case it was some kind of coordinated effort by Ottawa and Gatineau police on both sides of the river, and that perhaps the Ottawa side would get raided too. It didn't happen, so I went back eventually.
