  1. Guys, it's time for you to stop asking for more details, and just get your asses over there and try it for yourselves (or don't). There's been plenty of TOFTT'ing and corroborating done already, and they've come back positive.
  2. All this stuff happened before the Vern White era, but still it was funny.
  3. It's funny because it's pathetic. And it's pathetic because we'd all probably doing it too.
  4. Well, I don't know if it was one of only a couple of places at that time, there were plenty of places back then, but it might have been one of the few places in downtown or at least in the Market area. Regarding client lists, I don't see how they could work in these places. Even back then, this stuff was cash-only, and there were never any need to have real client names. There were a few who might have paid by credit card or cheque, so their real names might well have been on file. But the rest were probably the typical Pauls, Jocks, Jims, Peters, Steves, etc. If a police official were actually going to a place like this, then they would have to be most naive people in the world, they above all should know about using your real name and let alone using a credit card or cheque.
  5. As I remember the story there was some kind of RCMP investigation into biker gang connections at this old spa. They swept in and found the customer list which included a name that was similar to the name of an Ottawa Police deputy chief at the time. Posted via Mobile Device
  6. Or, he was accused of being a client there, which never panned out.
  7. There used to be a place on Dalhousie St, many years ago, I wonder if the old-timers remember it? And is it the same place, reborn?
  8. Yup, you'll have to scroll down a bit on his blog, as the article is a few days old right now and there's been further entries since then, but it's entitled "Sweet 300".
  9. You have to be careful in the US, you can get arrested for the stupidest things over there. Finding out if happy endings are available over there is a dance almost.
  10. If you're worried about "shady" looking, then this hobby is not for you. :confused0024:
  11. There used to be a golden rule several years ago (decades actually), that if you didn't find someone to be of your type, just tell them, and give them $20 for the cancellation fee. I'm not sure if that's still the going rate anymore, it's been years since I've had to use it. First of all, I've been at the hobby long enough now that I can pretty much determine if I want to go through with it or not over the phone. No one's time is wasted, because I simply don't make an appointment if I don't "feel it". Second, as someone else has mentioned in this thread, just go through with it, it might be better than you think. Over the years, I've found that drop-dead gorgeous looks don't determine how good your experience is going to be -- usually far from it. I've found some amazing gems of people I would have normally said were not my type. It's not just a sign of maturity, it's also something that's to your advantage in the long-run to be a bit flexible with your "type".
  12. Do they offer to fix you with fsck's? ;) (Nerd translation: "fsck" is a filesystem fix command from Unix).
  13. Well, the facilities don't include a full shower, just so people are aware. But they do clean you well.
  14. Oh well, these things happen -- too often.
  15. Looks like there's good choice along this road. With Daniella & friends to the south, Julia & friends to the north, and Maureens right smack dab in the middle.
  16. Where is BlueSkie & Julie/Sonia? To add one more, there's also Daniella & friends across from Galleries De Gatineau.
  17. That's great to know! I have trouble making it over on Wednesdays, this gives me additional choices.
  18. Umm, I'm not sure you guys would want me to give you massages. :icon_mrgreen:
  19. The Ottawa bylaws regarding MP's are onerous, east or west. You can't open a new place within 1km of a residential area. There aren't many areas like that within the developed part of the city. MPs would have to open up in the boonies past Orleans, past South Bank, past Kanata, etc. As for there being more MPs in west Ottawa than east, I would dispute that. There are a couple, but they all existed prior to the new bylaws, so they got grandfathered in. No new ones can open up on this part of town either. There weren't any in Orleans (east) or Kanata (west) when the new bylaws came into effect, so there will likely never be an MP in either of those parts of the city. I got the feeling that Relax & Enjoy tried to slip in under the radar last year, and they got shutdown eventually, when their business got popular. R&E set up shop right in Westboro, one of those oldest bedroom communities in the city. I'd say it's more likely you can find independent MA's setting up shop inside the city than MP's.
  20. I've given little cash gifts to an MA for Christmas that I've known for a while. And if I really know them well enough to know their birthdays, then I gave them for that too. I don't think I've ever given physical presents, however, the MA's always seem to remember me. :)
  21. The laws in Ottawa keep the privacy to a minimum these days.
