  1. it ain't cousin Marty i guess you are welcome lol i can be a country boy if ya wanna me to be, hack and chew some baccy too.
  2. lol. the nice thing is you don't have to install Linux over your current system. most of them can be ran right off the CD/DVD. my main machine connecting the Internet does that.
  3. yes. there are several variants but the more popular ones are GUI based. The link I provided in an earlier post would connect you with your local Linux User Group. They would go to the extend of helping you install Linux all for free.
  4. i've been told i'm really handy.....with the phone calling a pro. love those speed dials
  5. i'm a dullard, its Sat, its grocery and house cleaning day. with monday being a pubic Family Day holiday the lineups in the stores are brutal. [yes intentional ;-]
  6. i'm hurt, truly hurt. i don't have time for WoW. i spend all my free time on cerb.
  7. then a live CD is the way to go get your feet wet. usually there are local LUGs (Linux User Groups) that would be more then happy to hand these CDs out and help show someone the rope for free. here is one in your area http://www.vanlug.bc.ca/ we love mind share!
  8. maybe because it would mean having to use a penis ring and those things hurt! well ok maybe i shouldn't have used a rubber band and the duct tape thing wasn't a hot idea either but still.....
  9. i would and have for family members. you might consider installing OpenOffice (http://download.openoffice.org/) which is legally free both for use and distribution.
  10. anything for a lady. Ella is a beauty beheld by Maya 's beguiling presence to see Grace on Quinn 's high counsel
  11. she would backstab you, penetration your inner sanctum it would eternally change your walk in life in the review it would be describe as divine afterglow to a torment-ful event. ======= back to names: i do like kyra and emma. both old names with wonderful meanings and history. kyra being lady and emma is a royal name in UK. the names suit their owners in cerb. other names i like include micheala and tara (down to earth old name).
  12. i saw one of their talks on ted.com these guys are good Judecca - must like using a strapon ?
  13. Emma's humor and willingness to banter drew me quicker then a moth to an open flame. I walked into her parlor under my own free will with only one expectation which is listed on her website: 'And remember ....' Emma greeted me with a low cut blouse and short black skirt. It was hard but I manage to keep my eyes directly into hers. Ok Ok I stole glances! She quickly pulled me into the bedroom and gave me her signature move. Yes Virginia, Emma stuck her tongue out at me. We had great fun together and I was giggling at all the critical moments. Yes, she let me go.
  14. "what's in a name ? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet." The Bard Give them nicknames if it is an issue. Something poignant and remember-able. E.T
  15. didn't you get the phone call....lost in Halifax with all that snow fall. sorry pretty lady maybe next time....
  16. The simplistic answer is if it seems 'wrong' to you then it is. This is Your moral compass telling you something is out of kilter. Each of us would like give different valid opinions based on our background, culture, expectations, circumstances, agreement and understanding with our SO and even betrayal. Ultimately you understand best how this relationship effects your home life and you are responsible for the outcome. i.e. no matter what we convince you do to we won't be the ones taking the after effects. Peace
  17. dude! this sentiment has been beaten to death on this forum either here on this thread or others. SP are people. people have feelings. even if it is a 'job' we get attached to each other. it is normal to develop deeper feeling especially when you interact with someone on a regular basis be it an SP, a bus driver, mail man, or Joe the pizza delivery. i have an SP on this forum whom i would call a friend and since she is female, a girl friend. i strongly suspect the feeling is mutual. and the irony is we-never-met nor has she received any monetary nor social benefits from me. in fact i suspect i benefited more from our relationship. if all you are looking for is a 'meat puppet' [1] you would be better off investing in a Real Doll. for the rest of us, we will take the rapids of emotions that come with being close to another human being. 18. i humbly disagree. inaluki please please do update your review. as someone who hasn't seen the delightful Emma A. your reviews, and of past gents, make all the difference in deciding if i should take the plunge. my thanks

  20. it runs safari but there is no embedded flash plugin. however isn't part of Chat a Java applet ? is there a link to Chat in the mobile website by which i can try it out ? am waiting for Palm Pre
  21. I use Ubuntu and Knoppix but not for browsing cerb. Compiz doesn't run on my 4 years old laptop due to driver problems. I'm pretty much a Mac head now including using an iPhone. Do browse cerb on the iPhone. The mobile edition works well although i would like Chat on it. having no video on the iPhone is fine.
