    AJAX usually refers to Javascript i.e Asynchronous Javascript And XML. I've given up hope of using Safari/Camino/SeaMonkey/Opera on Cerb. Either Shout doesn't work or I get problems trying to get on Chat.

    I had to make an unexpected trip to Montreal and decided to try the local cuisine. AshleyX has been on my radar for 2+ years but each time I tried making an appointment in Ottawa she wasn't available, her home base is Montreal. If AshleyX couldn't come to ET then ET will have to go to AshleyX. Unfortunately she was in Ottawa on that day, irony. Lucky for me she was heading back to Montreal that night ! Due to traffic she was 30mins late but her agency called to explain. Kudos to them for the update. Although late she stayed for the 2 hours, definately non rush. She appeared with a darker tan compared to her pics, and she is having a tattoo remove at the moment. Other then this her pics are accurate. She was very open and accommodating to my specific requests. Her fun light hearted attitude really took me in. Her experience and maturerity really came through and she knows how to please an individual. I was surprise how light she was, truly a spinner.

    via email or chat is an excellent idea and I have done so with a 2 individuals, one at great length to the point that I would be content to just met her and chat for several hours! however most ladies might find it inappropriate since it consumes their time without any assurance of a booking. the dont-call-me-for-phone-sex rule being in effect only with an email medium. it is hard to meet them that day and expect an instant overnight booking since they may have other (unrelated) plans. not surprisingly i rather someone tell me 'no not tonight' compared to someone willing to drop other clients just for a sure thing. they might drop you for just as little! regarding the 2 ladies whom you would like to overnight. have you ask what their objections are ? it could be a simple family logistic which you could help work around. if you are willing to take that extra small step people in general tend to appreciate that. book a nice 5 star local hotel and it would be just like going away :) i had toyed with the idea as well, twice actually. however the stars conspired. *shrug* best of luck and i for one am curious how things turn out.

    I would say see someone for an hour or 2 perhaps on a dinner date first. If you both gel then go for the overnight option. You don't want 8 hours of head butting! (unless that is your fetish :)

    IANAL if ads in CL is solicitation then Ottawa Sun would be prime target for LE activity as well. I believe there is reasonable expectations of privacy on CL since it is on a very specific web page as oppose to the first CL page. i.e. you have to make an effort to get to it.

    Thanks for your insight and the final advice. Way too many people hit the boards for legal advise (including copyright, patent advise) who should just talk to a lawyer.

    I believe that it is accepted within Canada that discussions of sex for money is permitted within the confines of a private space. Based on this assumption we might construe that a website is not public space. There is personal effort required to reach the website. Also that "Yes I'm over 18" button help demarcate private from public space. One supporting website I found: http://www.sexwork.com/montreal/law.html Just my verbiage since IANAL.     Don't read too much into it. While googling for extra info I came across an article by a pro-life site which basically marks McFadden as a leftist for his pro-abortion stand. i.e. McFadden may have very liberal views. I'm taking a neutral (some call cowardly) stance on the whole pro-life/pro-abortion issue.

    WANL - we (most of us anyway) are not lawyers. Might be best to take it up with one of *them*. However you should acknowledge that you do visit both sides of the Atlantic and down into US. AFAIK US has far stringent rules governing the exchange of money for sex. IMHO keeping everything vague like you do is prudent.

    that Sun article is disturbing....I've seen some personal references made in the postings here that would give a persistent investigator enough to track someone down. maybe I'm just paranoid but......
