I think you have it right Cat when you say that Ottawa people like to keep their reputation pristine (me included). Unfortunately it makes many of them uptight and reserved. I imagine that people in Montreal think much differently. My friend and I do have a history of shared indiscretions. And I know for a fact that he's seen an SP one time while traveling. Maybe that was him leaving a hint. Still there is no point in spilling the beans. GHT

I've been hanging out with a friend of late. He's pretty cool, open minded and likes ladies, all sorts of ladies. Well after hearing stories about his latest interest (hot married woman), I was temped to fill him in on my great hobby and what I was up too. You know, you just want to talk to someone. However I chose to keep my mouth shut. I wasn't sure of the reaction I would get although he would likely have approved. I just felt that nothing good could come of it. There is no point in risking the relationship I have with my SO. So my questions to the hobby community are; Do You keep your mouth shut with respect to your hobby when talking to friends or acquaintances. If you have opened up to people, what was their reaction? What were some of the unintended consequences of opening up? Are you glad you did it? I'm interested to read your responses. This won't be the last time I'm faced with the same dilemma. GHT

I have no issue with the Quebec side. I work in Hull and Live in Ottawa. I like to see SPs after work and before going home or before hanging with friends. I will often choose and SP that is on my way so I can limit my rush hour travel time. GHT

I think people like to use the word spinner because that body type is easily identifiable. It is one extreme on the light and thin side. The opposite extreme is BBW. Ladies in between are harder to describe and there can be a wide range. The only descriptor I've seen often is Curvy. When I read "not a spinner" I think of a body somewhere between Curvy and spinner type. The word spinner is referenced because everyone knows what it is. Because people are limited with their language, I don't think you will never see a thread labeled "best small/medium curvy lady" . People would have a hard time agreeing on what it actually meant. Just a theory. Myself I appreciate many body types and don't hold up one as ideal. GHT

I too was new in the spring of this year. Since then I have found the published reviews and posts are right on the money. You can't go wrong by choosing one of the well reviewed ladies (IMO). The only thing to be afraid of is ... you might like this hobby too much. GHT

It is my impression that indies are mostly incall and that agencies (some of them at least) do mostly outcall. I think this skews the poll results somwhat. It might be better to ask the following questions: 1) Do you prefer indies or agencies for incalls? 2) Do you prefer indies or agencies for outcalls? Myself I've stuck with local indies to date since I prefer incalls. However I can see dealing with agencies in the future should I want to hook up with one of the travelling ladies or I'm looking for a plan B as Jason put it. GHT

Asking if Pics are real is a wasted question. Anyone who knowingly posted a fake picture will undoubtedly lie and say the pics are real. I use pics as a rough guide on what to expect. I make my choices based my perceived view of the ladies personality (based on her posts if any) and any published recommendations (emphasis on a fun experience). Every time a meet a new lady, I'm completely surprised, usually in a good way. If anything I find that the ladies are usually even more beautiful up close and in person than the pictures would indicate. I've also learned to throw out any pre-conceived ideas on what kind of body type I like/dislike. I proved myself wrong too many times. There is something to appreciate in all the ladies. Just take the plunge, so far its always worked out for me. GHT

I could definitely quite. But why would I want to. I would need a really good reason and I don't have one right now. I find that hobbying makes me a happier person. This translates into better relations with my SO and everyone else around me. Things are good. GHT

Hello CERB Community, My short story is that I'm a middle aged gentleman, adventurous type, who was looking to supplement my need for sex and intimacy. I stumbled across CERB after surfing thru some CL adds late last year. I was instantly hooked on all the interesting/educational topics being discussed. After approx 4 months of reading and getting comfortable I set up my 1st SP date and haven't looked back since. I really have to credit and thank the CERB community. The threads and recommendations found here are an invaluable resource. I did my research, and my 1st experience was awesome. In the last 4 months I've seen quite a number of ladies, and each and every one of the experiences ranged from awesome to great (Thankyou Ladies). I still think I'm a rookie at this point in my hobbying career, however I feel somewhat educated, experienced and can share. I'll be posting now from time to time and writing some reco's if the ladies desire. Coming out of the closet so to speak is just the next step in becoming a fully addicted hobbiest. We'll see where it goes from here. GHT :)
