I don't see any recommendations or detail on those listed in the Herald. I am wondering if there is a specific reason for this. I would imagine that one reason is that there is no transparency in those paper ads. Just a lot of enticing words and the potential for, when you do meet, you may find yourself in an awkward position perhaps. Has anyone had to use the good old brush-off excuse when Jabba The Hut appears and you have absolutely no choice but to reply: "well, what an unpleasant and blood-curdling surprise. Now if you'll excuse me, my salad is getting cold"? This is a frightening reality I would say. I know I'd be rather prompted to exit stage left in such an incident.

It is rather selfish and egocentric to attempt to undermine another's service and value. People need to take a step back and examine what it is that they are buying. Amelia, Emma, and all of these other amazing extraordinary women are providing a service. Not a used car, a lawnmower at a yard sale, or a matching washer and dryer in the Bargain Hunter. The key word here is service. It is just bad behavior and it demonstrates the commodification of human life. Those who seek services should pay attention to a lot of what has been said on the board here. In my opinion, people seem to view service providers and think that they are desperate or something silly like that, or that the market is completely saturated so everyone in this particular industry should take a best offer. If I was providing a service in, oh, let's say engine repair, and a someone approached me and told me that they are only willing to pay half of what I would charge, I would tell the person to fack off. Seriously. Just thought I would throw my two cents in here (No, I am not haggling) :butt:

As I learn the acronyms slowly but surely, YMMV. Most certainly. Rebecca is real. Be real with her and she'll be real with you. In my experience that is the way I see it.

I read a lot of good things about Amber in this forum. Must say just by the literature I am intrigued! On another note, it is good to see a group band together like this and be supportive. It certianly adds comfort to the equation.
