I think the beautiful and very hot July has played a significant role. Lets face it guys, when its friggin sweltering hot, you dont feel as energetic and you just want to chill and wait for it to cool down. I notice when the weather is 26c and under, business is better. 30 plus and it slows right down.

Now they are slamming us with BS and talking about a situation where one of the SP's that worked with us got attacked. Now she will see that kind of stuff and have to think about it too. Totally stupid, hurtful and wrong. Its almost word for word what the individual on the other board was saying, at least they had the good sense to ban them. We are used to that kind of stuff, we have thick skin and it doesnt get to us. Honestly guys, if you are concerned about something that is being said on CL, just flag the ad.. Stuff like this doesn;t belong up on there anyways. I agree it is slander.

I just made a post on Cl and sort of explained things, however I did post a day ago saying something similar. As well I spoke to Karine (sinn). We have had alot of ppl come and go, some that have been with us a very long time, Yasmine, Vayda.. ect.. and we have never had anything to say bad about them either. Here's the thing, from Day one there has been alot of talk on CL about Sinn, and truth be told she has ruffled some feathers of a few clients, but mainly competitors. We spent alot of time flagging negative posts and having to re-post for her constantly. Now that she is on her own, I think she is feeling the heat as far as what we had to go through. You live and learn in this business, and I think things are turning around with the way she does business and in time this stuff will just die down. If anything, even bad press is good press and probably will end up helping her more than hurting her. This is all I really have to say in the matter, I wish her well and I am confident she will move ahead from all of this.

One of the things that would have set of the alarms for me is the LOCATION. Guys if you are going to do a ghetto run, and hook up in the projects.. Expect the worst. I agree these guys are pieces of crap, and they deserve whats comin to them. But as a client, we have to use some common sense too. A good piece of advice is if you have a bad feeling about a situation, leave right away. I am not defending CL, but not everyone on there are scammers. We use it all the time and it does bring a huge amount of volume. You just have to be more selective of the clients.

Actually Pete, There are tonnes of ladies on the Quebec side.. Here's the thing, you find them in Le Droit Newspaper. Very few post on CL or even know about it or Cerb or EC. Pick up a newspaper..You will be shocked.. lol And also many MPs as well and the milage is way above average.

There are alot of financial breaks being in Quebec as well, for example you do pay more for your plates and licence.. But your insurance is much less, due to the SAAQ covering alot of liability that isnt covered in Ontario. As well Daycare is much less, some paying as little as 7 dollars a day. With the HST coming on in Ontario, it will likely drive ppl to do more shopping in La belle province as the HST wont be applicable. Cost of buying a home or renting is substantially less than in Ontario. Again with the HST it will become even more attractive.. So there are positives and negatives for both. Getting back to the topic though, alot of ppl find the hotels by the casino to be fairly SP friendly.. And discreet.

Again, its like anything else, use common sense. If you are planning on doing an incall make sure it is in a location that isnt in a high risk/ghetto area. Honestly LE isnt going to give you a hard time.. It hasnt been an issue in years.. The only time LE gets involved is if there is a complaint, like partying, excessive noise.. ect.. This type of stuff isnt worth the paper work. The only thing that gets their attention is SW's and again it is due to complaints. If the place you get to isnt up to par and you feel uncomfortable just leave. No harm No foul.. This is about an enjoyable experience and a chance to pamper and treat yourself. If its not going to be the case, do not waste your money, or comprimise your security.. I totally support the outcall idea as well.. But it is such a tiny part of our market.. Like maybe 5% tops.. so for escorts it is more lucritive to do incalls as well as outcalls..

I have found the majority of ladies do well on the Quebec side.. As well there is a market of hotties on that side of the river that Cerb rarely discusses.. Its a land of new opportunity gents!! LOL

This is a very common thread and discussion. We have been doing both for years and in the past have had more issues for LE and security on Outcalls than Incalls. Technically Incalls are illegal; that said it is not something LE is interested in pursuing for the time being.. Thats not to say in the future that might change.. LE is more interested in the safety of the escorts and have been visiting and talking with them regarding safety ect.. Outcalls are typically more expensive as they factor in travel costs.. But the advantage is clients can chill on their own turf. One piece of advice I give to any SP who is doing outcalls is to get a landline and reverse look-up to confirm the address before going on the outcall.. Its something we now insist on. To each their own, I think both have their pros and cons.. My advice is whatever works for you best is what you should choose.

I thing that is very good advice. Realistically my experience has been that Police as a general rule are not out to bust escorts and agencies that are playing by the "rules". By that I mean, keeping things discreet, no public disturbances, no drugs, no underage involvement. The only time that they really ever get involved is if they have a complaint that forces their hand.. Otherwise its really small potatoes and is more paperwork for them to do with little return on the effort. As it stands now, the police have lately been more sympathetic to the needs of safety of the escorts and have somewhat bridged a gap that has existed in the communication dept. While the police cant outwardly condone prostitution, I think there is a much greater level of tolerance that is being shown and spreading among the ranks. This can only benefit everyone's best interest.

Exactly right Cat.. It was a situation where the driver was right downstairs.. there were 5 cruisers in front of the hotel.. It was a very bad situation as it tied our hands.. It did appear at the time it might have been a situation with LE.. This guy is obviously very good at being the perfect preditor.. Thank God we got the SOB.. The good news in all of this is it has bolstered the need for better communtication with the police as well as highlighted the need for a better relationship on both end. At the end of this, we are coming out of this with the victim getting the justice she deserves, the rapist being caught and charged, and a much better understanding with the police. Its because of their desire to make things safer for the SPs that this crime was even discovered.. So we have to give the Police the credit that they deserve ..

I have a different outlook (sort of) on this... I do agree the G-thug speak is for sure a turn off. It tells you straight up what kind of outfit you are dealing with. But here's my angle on the situation, I often answer the phones.. especially in the mornings, (I do have a female phone person as well).. And I have found alot of guys that dont want to speak with me, were the types of guys that we probably didnt want to deal with in the first place. I think there is a percentage of the market,(small albeit) that only deal with ladies because they feel they have a bit of leverage over them, when a guy answers the phone there is a perception that there is someone looking over the situtation therefore less vulnerable.. For the most part, its not been much of an issue being around as long as we have been. I do try to sound professional, and try to have a good sense of humour with the clients that call.. I can try to explain things from a dudes point of view and some guys appreciate that as well.

Ok so this is the situation.. One of the ladies in this case works with us. And because of our situation I cant divuldge too much of the information as it is now before the court. That said, the victim involved orginally did not want to come forward due to being in this industry. (we very much encouraged her to but it was her call to make.).. But what happend was this was brought to the attention of SGT Rohan who has been visiting local escorts to speak with them about safety tips and how to report attacks..ect.. During one of his visits this was told to him and he met with the victim and pursuaded her to come forward.. We had information on the individual which we shared with Rohan which allowed him to be tracked down and arrested. The police have the authority to release the individual under a promise to appear, and with strict conditions. He was monitored, obviously.. And when he failed to appear they were able to arrest him again and hold him in custody. These meetings with escorts have been a good source of intelligence for the police, and is the sign of a new attitude on their part and a new way to do business with the escort industry. We organized a meeting last Friday afternoon at a local pub downtown that involved a group of 7 escorts that work with us and Several Officers from the downtown and west end division. Lots of very helpful things were discussed and the ladies left with a feeling of a safer working environment and understanding with the local police. This was a huge turning point in this industry. At the end of the day, its agreed the system is flawed.. No doubt.. But perhaps with the new attitude that is being displayed on behalf of the police, we can enjoy better lines of communication and be look upon as asset instead of a liability at catching these preditors.

Nobody is being used.. Nobody is being threatend.. But I do know who and what you about.. I have NEVER met one lady that works with us.. I always keep an arms length from the ppl that work with us, just for this reason.. So if I ever have to defend myself, its easy to say never met them..

Absolutely a Lie.. and I have reported this to the mod. I do know who this guy is and he is actually the same guy who was doing this to our ladies a while back. I can back this up as he is the same guy who pulled this on another agency who I will contact right now and have them chime in on this loser..Unreal

I wasnt saying we would be attacked, I said I would be pissed if I had an agency and was slandered if I wasnt guilty.. We dont even meet the ladies that work with us, so not an issue whatsover for us and that has saved us a tremendious amount of problems over the years. We are attacked on CL alot, mainly because we do alot of business and there are alot of PPL would prefer it was coming their way.. That happens daily.. Or they take out their frustration because the lady and them didnt click.. They figure its the agencies fault.. Getting back to the original topic, its a scarey place out there and alot of preditor types of ppl.. We use a hotel out in the south end and there must be at least 10-15 ladies working out of there both agency and indies. I would say at least 2-3 times a week some random pimp dude will just knock on our ladies doors and try to recruit.. Some are more persistant than others.. Its a friggin circus sometimes.
