Growing up was so fun :) Thanks for the memories all so true. Life was so simple in our childhood. Does anyone remember going to the local arcade with your report card in June and they would give you credits to play for free with all your A's??? And playing lawn darts with those metal looking spears.....and when you went tubbing behind the boat it was a a big black tire tube with the steam digging in to your leg.....and when 3 wheeler's first came out how many times they rolled over on you. And when your parents got pulled over by the local OPP and your parents had a little too much to drink they drove your family home and left the family car on the side of the highway. So many good memories. Yah!

I think photoshop is great :) For example to change a background that has clutter and make a funky background is cool. Photoshop is also great because you can blur out faces/tattoos to protect the ladies identity. I appreciate seeing photoshop pictures and truly can appreciate all the hard work that goes into a picture when I see one. It is a true art and very time consuming. However, on the flip side I feel that if you start editing the ladies body ie. shaving 30 lbs off of them that is not cool. That is false advertising and wrong. And I also feel that if you are false advertising then you have every right not to carry through on the session because you were misled.

This is a combined reply on your two recent threads....this one and the one about your Mom's will. Julia red bells are going off in my head that you want to share with your Mom what you do for a living...do you deep down want to come clean with her? If so another approach would be just to tell her the truth and in all fairness she is still going to love you no matter what as you are her daughter. Just be honest and straight up with her and tell her if that is what you want to do also let her know that if she cannot support your choices and love you the right way a parent should then you will turn the cheek on the relationship. I guess my point is take control of your life the way you see fit and stand tall and make her respect you period end of story. If you demand respect she will give it too you....and if she doesn't then she will be the one losing out on having a relationship with you. I shared with my parents what I did for a living. I was honest with my parents because I am not the type of person to keep secrets as it just felt wrong in my heart. I didn't expect them to agree with my choices but I demanded they support/respect my choice because it was my choice of what I wanted to do in my own adult life. All in all sweetie, I hope that all of our comments are able to help you in doing what you feel is right in your heart :) Angie xo

My food for thought....heaven for bid someone having to much to drink and then on his way home after an appointment with you....harms himself or others in a MVA....no disrespect to everyone's opinions on this thread but I wouldn't want this on my conscious. I do not support drinking alcohol during a session....keep it professional....drinking at work don't mix well! Sorry friends this is my take on it! Too avoid a situation don't put yourself in it! Stick to non-alcoholic beverages.

Sweetie you are doing the right thing by sharing your feelings here with a supportive community....keep your chin up....this too shall pass. Perhaps do some writing to help with your hurt and maybe a nice note to Mom sharing your feelings of how you are hurt might make her understand where you are coming from.....just make sure you are not throwing any stones and your words are coming from a good place so to speak. First and foremost what keeps me going in life is always staying in touch with all the goodness in our family....stay positive and optimistic and do my best each and everyday....seeing the smile on my husband and children's face make the day very bright....I try not to take life to seriously and focus on living and embrassing the moment and living each day as it is my last....my family is my ROCK in my heart. I also love to dream....they don't cost anything....and when these dreams become a reality it is so self satisfying...I am very blessed with a healthy beautiful family and I never take this for granted.

I completely agree with O'Connor's ruling. My thoughts are why so late did Maggie jump on board? It is a fair ruling in my opinion to avoid further delays of the outcome ....as they say too many hands in the cookie jar is not always a good thing.
