Someguy, that is an interesting question. For me, the hardest part is to commit and book an appointment. I get nervous about doing this, which I am not sure really why, some anxiousness of the encounter, I think some general guilt too, although this is more of socialty guilt more than anything. Once I book, which is almost always immediate, I tend to be busy getting ready and don't have time to think about it.
