I agree they need to strike to stand up for what they want. I will be patient and I wont complain, no matter the delays. As much as Air Canada screws me over almost all the time with losing my luggage, etc (I have the WORST travel luck out of anyone I have ever met). With the perks air canada offer their frequent fliers (a free second and third bag for one) West Jet and Porter cant compete with and I will never give either of them a penny of my business ever again. Plus keep in mind in Atlantic Canada, Air Canada is the only airline to service some cities. When they do strike I will wait it out and just allow for extra time to get where I need to go....I hope they get what they are fighting for.

In this day and age there are thousands of names one can use in this business, why one would want to ride off the coat tails of another service provider is beyond me. We all work hard to make our selves unique and sometimes it is VERY frustrating when someone new decides to use "your" name and not make anything unique about it. Lets face it, when more than one lady has the exact same name with nothing to differentiate her from the others with the same name, men get confused, in fact we all get confused - example in Halifax there at one point was 3 Sierra's how as a potential client do you know you booked the right one, and as a companion how do I know I contacted the right lady for a reference (yes I have contacted the wrong one to be told, try this Sierra) When I came back into the business I worked hard to create Emily, to make her unique and what she is today, so it keeps me separate from any other lady using the name - at times it has proven harder than it should be.

We all have our good and bad days and the same goes for our days with this board. At the end of the day you take the good with the bad and you pull through, some days are amazing others you want to just snap. All in all it is worth it for what you as an individual gets from this community. This board is unlike any other out there.
