People are worried about a few strip club signs, yet in downtown Toronto the sex stores on Yonge street are right there with very entertaining window displays. And do not forget about the other adult store on queen street with lingerie dancing models in the windows....The ads in St. John's are nothing compared to what it out in the open in other cities. In this day and age, kids are going to see nudity almost everywhere (its on day time television) I think it is better to have it in the open and discuss it instead of hiding the matter.

I have an auto reply on my email and if you email between 7am & 3pm you will get a reply within a couple hours of your initial email. 1) there are a few gentlemen that I know well that know my real name, it was in a situation that i felt comfortable with and have connections outside the industry as well. 2) It is my preference to visit with mature men as I feel i do not have that much in common, nor do I feel I can relate with a younger gentleman. At the end of the day it is what I am comfortable with. 3) 99% of the time I go on as if I do not know them, there is that 1% that I chat with in public but our circumstances are different from the norm.

Let's take a moment here....if someone is so new to the business and they join cerb and find out that another lady has the name they wish to use and she is well respected and adored, she should change her name instead of trying to be someone she is not. Lets face it, you can google baby name and get 5000 in a matter of 20seconds. In this day and age "WE" as adults should be mature enough to establish our own selves instead of ridding on someone else good graces. Men see a name, they assume it is the lady they are seeking, they book an apppointment and end up feeling mislead. Why do I say this, as it gets REALLY confusing in a smaller city or smaller provinces when more than one lady has the same name. There really is NO need for this.... Yes I am aware that there is more than one Emily out there, I am more than fine with that when they handle themselves with class and grace. What I would not be ok with would be a new Emily pm'ing other ladies telling them they have a "nice ass" or "their hot" as that is just so cheap and demeaning in a pm with no other context to the message. Plus when myself and the new Emily are from complete opposite ends of the spectrum it does confuse clients(lets face it some times one fails to read the entire ad (men & women alike)). I worked hard to establish myself and other "new" ladies as you chose to refer to themselves as should do the same. This post was not about me, I am referring to me as to not upset any other adults on this board. There are many of us who will help out a new lady, providing that she does not have a pimp or other issues. Angela stated it correctly with if you googke the name you wish to use and escort it comes up pretty quickly if the name you picked is a very well established one.

With all the names out there to choose from, I still do not understand why some choose to use the exact same name as someone else and ride on their coat-tails. With all the name choices as well as spelling options, it just seems really trashy for someone to do this. Most ladies work very hard to build their reputation, when someone comes along and uses your name with not a whole lot to differentiate themselves from the already established lady, I see when the confusion starts.

To be honest, if you conduct business as a revolving door in a hotel, condo, or and dwelling that you wish to offer an incall from, you will draw attention to yourself and eventually get a visit from that cities finest. Why should anyone worry about visiting a low volume, up-scale lady at a hotel? If this is a worry, maybe the wrong company is being kept. Obviously the woman in question in the news, was green, and had no clue how to be discreet and let alone not operate as a factory. Sometimes it takes an eye opening experience such as this to open ones eyes (as sad as it is)

Well to clairify a few things, I was not looking for a recommendation, I was seeking a reference (completely different) which he said he had, he then told me who it was but then said I do not think you should contact her as she may not like it (this companion is reference friendly and I have been in touch with her in the past) Then he asked to use another lady, one of whom does not even ask for first names and books from payphones (so for my safety and those I know, I would never accept it). I do not understand what the big deal is, if you enjoy your regular companion SO much and are worried of her thoughts (which I am sure 99% of the ladies would be more than happy to vouch for you to see another companion) If it is going to bother you so much, like anything else WHY see someone else, or better yet find a companion that does not require a reference. I have made it clear to those I have spent time with that I am more than happy to vouch for them if ever needed. What I do not need is someone saying well I've seen Emily and she will be hurt if I use her name. Any companion who contacts me for a reference knows I screen thoroughly and never has to worry as I would only give my honest feedback. A reference is a matter of some ones safety and well being, if I choose not to give a reference and something happened to that companion during her date I would NEVER forgive myself. We are NOT in high school any more, its time everyone treats others with respect, stops making assumptions (unless they know the truth) and deals with this hobby the way it is meant to be dealt with - Relaxing and Fun This is an industry that really has no regulations so to speak and ladies run there business how they see fit....One can only hope that one day a valid reference is a requirement by all companions.
