Funny how "I don't know how to act" is used as an excuse. When you want to ask a woman out on a date do you approach her with "hey baby I have 8.5 inches of heaven in my pants and I am going to bang you silly all night". No, I highly doubt that one would ask a woman out that way without getting smacked. Plain and simple you approach a companion/escort/sp with the same respect you would show any other human being. Everyone has to start somewhere, but plain and simple there is enough information out there (especially on this board) that one should not have to use the naive card when it comes to simple communication. We treat others as we wish to be treated, if you can't follow common courtesy with others you may not like what you hear back in a ladies response.
