Im not a fan of Porter, never have been and never will be and this joke of an additional fee guarantees they will never see me as a passenger on their flight. Its only a matter of time before this one sinks as Canada3000 did. When people start to get greedy it shows loud and clear.

Being in BC, can't say enough how happy I am to be here....

I am one to plan ahead and as I have been touring for a long time the more notice the better. These days far too many ladies plan trips on short notice and give no account of the ones that plan in advance and it causes bad blood. I personally have zero respect for the ladies that can't be bothered to give at least a few weeks notice on a tour, especially after the majority of us plan for weeks. Book in advance and advertise and you trip will be successful, book on short notice and your trip will probably take a loss - just a personal perspective.

The sound of the rain as its starting to pour down, so soothing to have as a background noise....

Personally I LOVE twitter. It allows people to see another side of me (usually travel drama and some laughs). I have met some wonderful people that I never would have if I had not been on Twitter. I think it is a wonderful tool, if you use it right (as in actually tweeting). I use it also for tour updates, blog posts (since we can't post them here anymore, which really sucks) general ramblings and LOTS of selfies and random shots of stupidity.
