Happy Birthday Carrie Moon!!
Annessa replied to Old Dog's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Happy Belated to the wonderful Miss Moon! You have been such an awesome friend and I am so lucky to know you and call you a friend. I hope that someday every working lady has the chance to befriend such a beautiful and wonderful lady such as yourself....it makes the industry so much easier when you have close friends within it as well who are as solid as you. ...oh yes, and you have such lovely boobies (camaaan, it had to be said! hehe)...untill the next time I get to nuzzle them. See you tonight! xoxoxoxo -
Exercise and Getting Out There
Annessa replied to a topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I'm on the Body By Vi weight-loss Challenge. meal replacement for breakfast and lunch...which I rarely have time for so its very convienient for me. I lessen my portions at dinner with their meal-plans accoding to my calorie intake and I set a daily routine of walking and jogging with the excercise routines provided. Very cheap and not to mention that if you logg your progress and stick to it you could win cash prizes or even a cruise. PM me if you'd like some info. I picked up an ab-roller recently for $10 at Value Village....its actualy pretty good! I find myself doing double the crunches I used to..and with ease! A close friend has also lent me a resistance band kit....and wow! 10 minutes a day can really help you target all sorts of zones...10 minutes? we have no excuses! between work and my 9-year old I dont have much time for gym memberships but I find that knowing your daily calorie intake and paying attention to whats in what you eat works wonders...along with staying active daily. :-) -
what if all you need is a little company?

I'd say if you are looking for cuddling etc that you should be prepared to pay the same rate. I have a social fee as a few gals do for social outings (sitting for coffee , dinner etc) but there is no hand-holding, no touching and no caressing...and generally it is a fee that is charged to someone we have met prior for a date that doesnt happen between closed doors. If you are looking for someone to hold you and comfort you, you will both have the best experience if you are willing to pay the full fee for a shoulder to lean on...and you will definitely have a genuine ear listening if she feels she isnt charging you less. -
For the Ladies - First Impressions?
Annessa replied to bucken's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
oh definitely, its going to come off anyway so comfy is always good.....the only thing I have a problem with however is when a client demands that I dress to the nines...garter belt stockings high-heels, lots of make up etc.....and then presents himself like a slob. I have had a few clients ask me if I could show up in jeans and a T-short because they didnt want to compete with dressy attire.....they would say 'dress comfortable....forget about all that fancy stuff' because they knew it would come off anyway too. -
lol....exactly. I have a mental list of the clients I have seen but nothing written in a little black book. Some guys think its strange that I ask for them to send their address info when I'm going on an outcall for a 2nd or third time...but I dont save numbers for their privacy and mine so chances are, its going on a tiny piece of scrap pater that night and going in the garbage later unless you say its ok for me to save a phone number of theirs

For the Ladies - First Impressions?
Annessa replied to bucken's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
there is one gentleman I kinda stopped seeing because he would dress really slobby when I came to visit...on top of not really showering. Beer t-shirt and only boxers etc. he would always make special clothing requests for leather (which I dont really have in my closet unless its a jacket) and would hint that one girl once just showed up in a trench-coat and lingerie underneath and nothing else *just in case* I ever felt the need to do so for him. Needless to say i stopped dressing up for him unless he was willing to at least put on some pants when I came to visit. I dont think we really expect you guys to dress up per se, but we spend a lot of time looking nice for you guys.....so at least put on a pair of pants and dont wear anything that you wouldnt be seen by friends in public... :-) -

well clarified and I totally agree, we can't deny its part of the business. Just saying that we should't encourage it by saying so. Lets face it, a lot of guys will feel worse cancelling with a doctor than with someone they consider a prostitute that they can just swear off from that point on. (you HAVE to evetually speak to you doctor again...you dont really have to ever call an escort again if you dont show up). so in that sense it does make this a difficult industry to be in....we can only hope that the clients who wish to see us treat us with the same respect as they would any other professional that they hire in their day to day life....and know that if you treat us with that respect, we'll probably treat you a LOT nicer (*wink*) than your family doctor or you rental car agency...hehe -

ahhh le poulet...I had a new first-timer do that once...he called me to say he had cut himself shaving "down there" when i spoke to him I said no worries and he was "aww shit this sucks, I'm so sorry but yeah I'm bleeding everywhere its just awful!" I felt bad for him and thought he was nice to call until i checked my voicemail and realized that there was half a message from a minute earlier before he called saying that he was driving around my area and...*click* maybe he was shaving his balls in the car? no wonder he cut himself by accident, lol sorry it just made me think of that episode, lol.....in the end tho at least someone who gets the jitters and calls to say so like your dude did right then is doing us a bit of a favour and at least has "some" balls by calling to say they just couldnt do it right away...rather than us waiting.....and waiting....and waiting by the door just incase you dont hear a knock etc. still a bit of a waste of time tho sadly -

if theres someone who has been doing this should put it right away in the warnings section as to who has ripped you off. in the end however no-shows DO cost us business that could have been offered elsewhere if that client had called to say they weren't coming. Instead we are stuck waiting for a client who never shows. I too am a low volume gal so and I dont book more than a couple clients a day now...even when business has been slow. so when I turn down a client because I dont want to see them back to back (something I think the guys would appreciate as well) and the guy doesn't show up and doesnt call or doesnt answer the number provided, he may as well have reached into my pocket and stolen the imaginary $280 for the hour that I *could* have got from someone else -
Naping napping NAPPING :-) I like you-tubing old mariah Carey-songs and Kids in the Hall skits. wig shopping trying on some nice outfits in my closet even if I'm not going out that night

calling someone names in a nice way??
Annessa replied to Carrie Moon's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
...while biting his thumb at you?...er "at thee" rather ;-) Carrie, I giggle when you answer the phone when I call and you say "hey-ho!" hehe (and yes, I know- I know- I wont tolerate Hot 89.9 using the word...but from worker to worker I believe its justified ;-) ) -
like i said, if its one cerb, I'll keep my mouth shut....i must say, i totally jumped the gun on that one. everyone is always free to charge whatever they see fit.
-
i would think that generally if it seems to good to be true, it probably isn't. I'm not knowledgable of DD Emma's rates but there have been far too many fake ads circulating lately with bogus low rates posted by someone other than the girl featured...if its here on cerb, I'll keep my mouth shut but if you found it on CL, use your head man.

Best way to start as a SP
Annessa replied to LusciousLexy's topic in New to this? Things you should know...
I dont think anyone had mentioned it, however I had been with two agencies before deciding to go indi....and i do think that researching agencies and going with one for a limited time just to learn the ropes whie being new would be a good idea. everyone knows how i feel about agencies (not good, bit of a pay-cut etc) but if done properly with as little drama associated you can hopefully learn at a pace you are comfy with and then take that knowledge (or learning experience as to how their ways didnt suit your wishes) with you when you become independent. Agencies have taght me the good, the bad and the ugly....but also the basics...the realities of the industry which I had no clue to at first. Safety measures, etc....all this, of course if you are working with an agency that is doing their part...however, when you are "fresh meat" to the industry, and provided you prove to them you are a good business investment for them, chances are you will have a good agent schooling you day in and day out on anything you need or want to know in your early days when they pretend they're you're best friend looking out for your best interest..translation: *their* income. If played well this can eventually work in your benefit tho.... once you are comfortable on your own, break the ties amicably and go indy. I'm not saying *use* your agency....but the reality is that you may eventually want to go indipendent no matter how great the agency is. Nothing wrong with complimenting them on showing you the ropes (even if it was only to find out what your standards are) in the beginning....thank them and use every slice of experience (good and bad) towards finding your true indipendent self. *side note* I cant recommend any Ottawa agencies as I have never been affiliated with any worth mentioning but if you're going to go with one...go with whatever you feel is the best and never sell yourself short because you're new....if anything, some men go nuts over new girls. Above all tho stand your ground when it comes to your restrictions. sorry for the long winded rant...best of luck! -

SPs - Have you ever comped a client?
Annessa replied to a topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Like cheektocheek's scenario, I had a client lend me money because I was having some difficulties after paying off a collection debt that left me broke. His next session was on the house...but it wasn't before I got the money, it was after. I wouldnt suggest comping a guest before getting money, just to return a favour for money that had already been given. -
The 2nd agency I worked for chose it for me, they said it sounded classy and exotic. at first i hated it, now its grown on me a year and a half later. I had a client even give me a last name "Annessa Coddington" because he had to save my number in his phone and make it sound like a work collegue to his SO should she ever find my name, lol...still not sure if I will keep that part but it but it makes me giggle when he calls me "ms. Coddington" ;-)

the suing may actually have a great deal to do with her knowing that she is probably going to be facing some pretty hard trials in court for her divorce....but I agree, if she wins this is going to be ridiculous. as for her losing her job because of uncontrolable sobbing etc....I have known some places to be nice enough to give a temporary leve of absence but I really feel like she blew it by showing up to work and not asking for such an arrangement and decided to conduct herself that way. dont get me wrong, I would be in stitches if I wasmarried and my marriage was over, i would however take some time to deal with it before returning to work rather than risk my job eternally.
