ouh! excellent rant-link, buggernot! a little on the bitter side and I dont exactly like her take on non-attractive clients. BUT..I especially can relate to her rant about the serious talk after climaxing...clients feeling dirty and hugging their pillows feeling all wrong and worried that they might have an STD...its such an insult to me and I get angry when a client asks me for reassurrance on my sexual health.... the client takes responsability for seeing or not seeing an escort....its not our responsability to be their therapist because they did and now feel guilty or dirty

this is an awesome metaphor Charlotte. my addition for now is if you (client) feel that you are coming down with something the night of the date, please postpone....or let us know in advance that you *may* be coming down with something mild even...so us SPs may double up on the ColdFX and get lots of sleep after the date to bulk up our immune system. Its a big respect to me and my health when a client tells me the day before a date that hes not 100% or the following day that he's not feeling well and I should take extra precautions. Us ladies need to protect our health in every way..not just sexually. and sometimes getting sick can mean weeks of taking off work for us....without pay!

I have to kinda agree with this on the other hand. I hate having my add burried amongst tons of tasteless adds with girls only showing their arch back and ass in the air....or fake ads for that matter. Aurora: I've advertised on escortsite.com before but my site was shut down by a bitter agent for "copywrited material" who is still using my photos on her site, I'm trying to find the best site to advertise on now for free that gets the most hits. Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated.... mind you, I find participating on the boards here a fairly good means for meeting clients too who are "in the know"

to add to many of the things that were mentioned.... I'm a smoker and I'm very aware that some of my clients may not be. The listerine pocket-pack sprays are my best friend these days... as well as pocket-sized hand Sanitizers. I have a new one that smells like peach (which is great when you want to avoid a clinic-like smell) for lingering smoke-smell on my hands. all can be applied in the elevator out of respect for the non smokers ;-)

I had one "friend" (who unfortunately knew what I did when I was out with a 50-year old-ish client) come up to me and say "hey...if you need any viagara for later I carry that too yanno" I looked at him like he was joking but he was serious! some people need to mind their own friggin business....if we need stuff like that we can find it on our own. but even my older clients dont need viagara! ignorance is the one thing that really pisses me off. stop trying to make money off of me making money yanno?

Excellent witty post Wrinkled. I couldn't agree more with this particular point above the most. I remembered when I started working under the name Chantilly before becoming Annessa I had a hard time relating to a new name other than my own.....I also felt a strange pang of guilt from feeling like a phoney...getting used to a new name is like being two different people at first. Now I can do that successfully as I even turn around when someone calls out "Vanessa!" to a girl across the street, lol....however the only difference between my two "lives" is the name. you can change a name but you can't change the person, lol i always wondered how similarily it must feel for a guy who uses a false name to feel in the moment. are they truly enjoying it knowing that they aren't completely being themselves? I've had one regular eventually say (names changed to protect the innocent, hehe) "you know what...just call me Derek" he had realized that a friendship had grown and felt silly having to hide the most important aspect of himself to me was I surprised? yup. was I happy that he had been open with me? oh definitely! I guess the real topic of this thread should have been "why do some hobbiests use false names?" instead of a poll :-P

its just strange coz its not my first time dealing with someone using a fake name, not just one guy. Most ended up being trusted regulars and really nice guys....so the weird name-change thing would really boggle me. My call display only shows the phone number I have a feeling a couple of them were newer to the business than they lead on. Thinking that if I gave a fake name, they should as well. To me it doesn't make sense though, but I've herd of it before from other SPs...just makes me wonder why a client would be so wary as to give us his name....and its a bit annoying when it feels like someone wont trust your discretion yanno?

This has probably been done before but I've found lately that I only run into a handful of clients that choose to use a different name other than their own. Then I pause and think...well its not like I'm checking ID, could John really be a Dave etc...? Obviously the ladies rarely if ever give their real names. The hobbiests know this and generally names don't play such a huge role in the game with us anyway....but for some strange reason I'm taken back slightly when a regular client that I've know for months as a '___insert stage name__' is actually a '___insert real name___' so my question is, Gents: how many use stage names and how many want the glory of hearing us SPs scream your *real* names while you're having your ways with us? lol obviously no one has to out themselves as having a fake name being used here in PMs etc and can just post their opinions or potential devils-advocate views on the subject

"cold calling" lol....that statement made me laugh a little. girls should realize that if they're not getting the calls from clients theres a reason behind it...whether its the fact that the client doesn't want to see them or they are low on cash these days etc. I've had some clients say its ok to email them or call them once in a while, but i find email the best route....as calling really makes me feel like I'm being desperate for a call......which I'm deinitely not lately ;-) furthurmore with cold season going around a couple oif my clients are sick, so in emails back and forth I'll jokingly say that I have a bowl of chicken soup with their name on t and a backrub if they need it....but this is no way of me harassing anyone for an appointment...just tryin to be cute. hopefully its not mis-read on a related note I'm just careful about calling because I had one experience with a previous regular where I missed his call asking when I'd be available the coming week....was TOLD to call back in his message but then the idiot didnt answer his phone when I called....well the guy had one of those old-school loud answering machines and he was actually there but had company over, so his company heard my entire message!! ....he called me back to ream me out for embarassing him in front of company when I was given no privy to him having that set-up. I stopped seeing the client after that incident.
