some info about tinted windows... from SAAQ, Quebec specific and from a manufacturer, Canada wide as for winter tires, it is for cars registered in Quebec. They gave you nothing more than a warning, so it ain't so bad...Not sure where one could get the level of tinting assessed... The ladies will miss you... Best, toine
