  1. Susie ... good for you in your work to make things better for SPs. You are an amazing person and I admire you very much! I'll be in touch with you shortly about the documentary I'm working on.
  2. I am coming to Ottawa the weekend of November 13, 14 & 15 to meet several SPs I have corresponded with privately regarding the documentary I am producing entitled "Canadian Escorts: Happy, Proud & Doing It By Choice." Details of the documentary can be found at http://www.canadianescortsdoc.com. I'll be holding a "meet & greet" on Saturday afternoon into the early evening (so as not to interrupt Saturday evening for work for the SPs). This will just be a fun get together where we can get to know each other, share ideas and perhaps make some new friends in the industry. I'll be renting a suite in a downtown hotel (to be announced privately to those invited) and thought the meeting should be very informal with some wine and appetizers to enjoy while we are chatting and discussing the documentary. If you are an SP in the Ottawa area and interested in either being featured as a cast member in the documentary ... or would like to join us with your ideas and input (without being featured or mentioned in the documentary) we would love to have you. The more creative ideas and minds we have contributing, the better. I am determined to make this an excellent piece of work that will make you all proud. For more information, please go to http://www.canadianescortsdoc.com and touch base with me if you are interested in attending this meet and greet. My email address is [email protected].
  3. This entire student vs longtime working girl conversation is very interesting to me. I decided to become an/a SP after finishing my education and already having a career. Why? Because I could make more money than I ever had in my entire life in such a short period of time. It also allowed me to get to know and be intimate with some incredible men (who I am still friends with to this day). Since these men were paying me good money, I felt it was my job to make them feel like the most important human being in the world during the time we were together. That was part of the service and why I think I did well during the short period of time I worked as an/a SP. I also very much enjoyed the work, which makes a difference. It is obvious that some men like the "thrill of the chase" with Eva and the fact that she is young and so incredibly gorgeous. If that works for her, all the more power to her. The great thing is that everyone is different in what they want and there is room for everyone.
  4. It would be awesome to see some investors put a swingers club together, although I'm not sure if city hall would approve. If something like this opened, you'd have a guarantee of a Toronto couple visiting at least 6 times a year when in town to visit family and friends. I'm sure the regulars who frequented Aquarius would support the business wholeheartedly.
  5. There are some ladies here on CERB who exotic dance. I would love hear their responses on how to most politely and respectfully say "no" when you don't want a dance. My boyfriend and I absolutely love going to watch exotic dancers together in Toronto. We prefer to tip dancers who put on a good show on stage, rather than hire them for private dances. That is our preference when going as a couple. We are no longer going to the Brass Rail because of the aggressiveness of some of the dancers. We've had women pull themselves up a chair to our table after respectfully saying no. It's a tough situation because the dancers at the Brass Rail are only paid $10 per dance and make their living by doing private dances. You want to support them, but what do you do when you just want to enjoy a beer and watch the stage show?
  6. If you want an unbelievable, unforgettable, out-of-this-world, Amsterdam-like sexual experience, it would be worth it to take a trip to Wicked Club in Toronto. The website is: http://www.wickedclub.com I didn't know that upscale, sexy, swinger facilities like this existed anywhere else but in Amsterdam (where I visited in 1997). Wicked Club (as well as a couple other swingers facilities in Toronto) have become a multi-million dollar revenue generator for tourism as people from all of the U.S. and parts of the world come to Toronto to see it. My significant other and I discovered the place a few months ago and absolutely love it. It is filled with beautiful people having crazy sex all over the place. You'll never be the same after going to Wicked Club. We are now hooked. If only Winnipeg allowed a facility like Wicked Club to exist ...
  7. I've heard comments that the place wasn't up to fire code. I know nothing about how this works. What was wrong with the layout of the place that made it not up to code? Just curious.
  8. That is tragic. I took my significant other there on Tuesday night (we were visiting Winnipeg for a couple days) and he thought it was a unique place. It's not "Wicked Sex Club" in Toronto, but has a certain charm. :-) There are a lot of great memories there. I hope Chai can open up shop again.
  9. It is a shame that some women aren't capable of supporting one another, no matter how good their intentions are. I am going to do the best job of this documentary I possibly can and am turning to more experienced escorts for guidance in this. I have never professed to know it all, nor will I ever. I do have a place on this board because of the project I am undertaking. Enough of the petty cattiness. I am very empowered because I have some of the most high-profile, reputable ladies in the industry working with me on this project. Success is the best revenge (for doubters).
  10. I used to go to the bathhouses with certain clients on co-ed nights at Aquarius and Adonis. You never knew if the places were going to be good or bad (bad meaning that the place was filled with creepy, disgusting men and I was the only women). I have also seen some of the sexiest things ever at these places and fulfilled some incredible fantasies there. Going to a bathhouse on co-ed night may be the most anonymous thing you can do with an escort as many swingers clubs have a screening process. You just walk into the bathhouses, no questions asked (unless you look like a minor, of course). I've seen members of the swingers club show up as a group to the bathhouses for a fun party night. That is a heck of a lot of fun when that happens! LOL
  11. I just treated my clients with respect, put a lot of thought into my meetings with them and treated them how I'd want to be treated if I were in their shoes. If they had a particular fetish, I would try my best to accommodate that. I would occasionally treat my regular and best clients to dinner and sometimes surprise them with gifts to let them know how much I appreciate them. Because I set my rates high, I attracted many terrific, classy, brilliant professional men who deserved to be treated like kings. It was an honour to do my work (most of the time). I also built my own website, kept a regular diary in it (to attract clients to keep coming back to it) and built it as a true reflection of who I am as a person. I was often told that I had one of the best escort websites out there. When I first began working in the industry I asked my first clients to send me an honest testimonial via email that I could put on my website. They did and I posted them on my own personal website. There is nothing wrong with this. Businesses of all types ask their customers for testimonials and I only did what a smart business woman would do. I fell in love and left the industry to be with my significant other, a wonderful, gorgeous, successful man who is the true love of my life. There is nothing wrong with this and I don't believe it makes me less of an escort that I followed my dreams and did what is best for my child and I. We have a wonderful life and we're hoping for baby number 2, if we are blessed. I worked as an escort for four months and left the industry for love. I am not ashamed of that, nor do I feel I owe anyone (other than the ladies who appear in my documentary) any explanation for who or what I am. Why has my announcement of doing a documentary become an interrogation into my life? I have nothing to hide, but these ladies questioning me here (Missy Mariposa and Sweet Tart) are the same ladies who are attacking me on other boards. They also happen to be close friends with someone who I share no love loss with. Why don't you ladies find something better to do with your time?
  12. I really appreciate Riley posting this on another board for me. Just wanted to let everyone know that they are free to mention this on any other boards or websites if they like to help me spread the word. I selected CERB because it is the best board out there and the only board I still use, but mentions on other boards would be appreciated. Thanks! I am also going to be in touch with the many ladies who offered to help via private message within the next few days. Thanks for your support. I appreciate it more than you know.
  13. Am I missing something here? Isn't it as simple as flashing money? This is how these lovely ladies make a living and the whole point of them being there?
  14. When I first began working in the industry, I had a couple "gentlemen" approach me who seemed to make careers out of trying to get discounts from SPs. One, in particular, did his very best to try to wear me down on price. I still think he's a pathetic scumbag ... even to this day. If you can't afford the hobby, find a hobby you can afford.
  15. I'd like some inspiration from members, if you don't mind taking a moment to let me know your thoughts. a) What questions have you always wanted to ask an SP? If you are an SP, what questions do you get asked the most? b) What would you like to see in a positive documentary about escorts? c) What is your all-time favourite documentary and why? Thanks for your thoughts. Mandalay
  16. Thanks for the great advice Youngstud. I am going to follow most of it and truly do the majority of work on pre-planning it. I've had one application since posting this (in addition to the SPs I talked about before even announcing the project) and the lady sounds fantastic. (I'll be in touch with you shortly.) It looks like I'm going to be taking a trip to Ottawa to meet with some great candidates for casting. I cannot wait to meet these incredible ladies! This is very exciting and I'm going to do the best job I possibly can on this project. Please help me to spread the word as I am looking for more ladies that might be good cast members. Thanks!
  17. Hi Everyone, This has been a long time in the works as I've had to get the equipment needed to do a to-notch job of this. The investment has now been made to purchase a high-definition video camera and accessories that will do a very professional job and I'm ready to move forward. I would like to produce a positive documentary about the escorting industry and am looking for four (4) escorts to feature in this documentary. The financial benefit of being casted is that there will be a profit sharing contract in place. Rather than going into details here, I'd like to direct everyone to my website at http://www.canadianescortsdoc.com for all the details. Please help me spread the word about this so I can cast the very best ladies out there and make this a true success. For those ladies I have spoken with already, I'll be in touch shortly. xoxo Mandalay http://www.canadianescortsdoc.com
  18. I've been following these threads on the various boards as well. It is truly tragic.
  19. The mod here has been amazing at getting things done. Given his past history of fairness, I would tend to side with the thought that the photographs are a fraud. That is too bad. I was sincerely hoping for the best.
  20. There are a couple of former clients I had that I KNOW I could have fallen in love with had circumstances been different in our lives. It had nothing to do with our relationship as Client/SP - but more so that I was already in a relationship with the great love of my life. The gentlemen I am talking about were not in a place in their lives (i.e. middle of sticky divorces, emotionally unready) where they could open their hearts to love. With all that said, I still feel love for them in my heart and always will. In fact, I remain very good friends with one to this day and after retirement.
  21. 3 steps: 1) Build a really good website that is different than anyone else is doing 2) Advertise on Escorts Canada (it is by far the best advertising medium in Winnipeg) 3) Read the book "Secrets of Escorts - Tips from a Pro" by Veronica Monet
  22. JulieOttawa ... thanks for sharing your insight. I am fascinated, but still believe the bar owners such as the owner of the Brass Rail (who makes damn good money selling beers at $10 each) should be more fairly compensating the dancers there. It really bothers me as I think an exotic dancer should be paid for her work. It also very much bothers me that you have to pay the club for working. I understand that you enjoy the freedom as a result of being self employed. But I am an idealist in believing that you should have the best of both worlds in that you should be paid well, respected AND enjoy the freedom of self employment. I read somewhere that the mod previously worked as management for an exotic dancer club. I am very curious about his thoughts on this topic as well having come from the management side of this area.
  23. I do agree with the idea of tipping and compensating ladies while at a strip club. It is just not my style (or my beau's) to accept private dances when we are there together. My preference is to tip while they are dancing on the stage. I had no idea that some dancers had to pay to be there. In my opinion, that is awful. It infuriates me that strip club owners get away with only paying $10 per show (or charging women to be there to work) and make a bloody fortune charging $10 per beer in places like the Brass Rail. I believe that is taking advantage of the dancers and that bothers me. I always thought exotic dancers were paid around $100 per dance and the private dances were a bonus. I believe exotic dancing is a difficult job and the girls work so incredibly hard. I'm not sure I could ever do it (if I had the body for it) ... but that's just me.
  24. So a few weeks ago my significant other and I went to watch the exotic dancers at the Brass Rail in Toronto. A very aggressive dancer (looking for a $20 dance) sat down with us and was trying to convince us to hire her for a dance. We weren't interested and she wouldn't leave, so I asked her a few questions about her industry. Did you know the girls at the Brass Rail in Toronto are only paid $10 per dance. This is what she told me! They make their money doing private dances at $20 per song. Knowing this makes me realize why they are so aggressive. This particular night the place wasn't full of customers and the girls were combing the place and asking us if we wanted a dance literally every 2 minutes. So although many may believe that stripping would be easier (even classier) than escorting, I disagree now that I know what I know. When I was escorting I got paid $300 per hour guaranteed (sometimes topped up by a tip or gift) and had the opportunity to get to intimately know some truly incredible men. It was fun 80% of the time. I think escorting is much easier than stripping is. I'm curious about the thoughts of others are regarding this topic.
