  1. I work in an office building on the Market. As the pandemic wore on, homeless people were breaking glass windows in the market area. I cannot confirm if there was looting going on, but that is not unreasonable. Is Frank B passed away? That would be a huge surprise.
  2. I was there too at 7 or 8 but missed Delicious! There were a lot of dancers when I left at 11 - seemed like more dancers than guys in the club.
  3. fastsam is bang on. If you want mileage, the best deals are massage and escorts. We have to realise that dancers can get fired for giving mileage. If a dancer is comfortable with you and suggests something outside of the club, consenting adults can do as they please...
  4. I dropped by the Mate on Friday at about 6. I had already had a few with colleagues. I dropped by the Fax n it was completely dead. It had been some time since hitting the Mate - I was amazed to see quite a few girls there. It looked like there were a couple of undercover cops there too. I felt like tellin them that Stormy Daniels was not there... I ended up getting pretty polluted and spent a lot of time in the CR with quite a few hotties. Not sure how a guy couldn't be happy. The Mate is still an excellent venue for "supporting the performing arts" IMHO
  5. I recall a band at he Fax in the 90s called the Killer Bunnies... very hot singer. That was bizarre and a great time!
  6. Good to know that the Filmore is still around. During my last visit to the BF last week, I was surprised to see the manager checking up in the CR. I am seriously looking to support the performing arts elsewhere. And it was very quiet at the time and I think we were the only ones there - we had been there for quite a while too!
  7. This got my interest - any contact info or a link?
  8. In Ottawa, the Barefax and Pigales and Valentinos used to bring porn stars to Ottawa to perform. some were open minded(discretion is the better part of valour... so enough said). Once, the BF booked a band whose sweet singer was also a performer, the Killer Bunnies.... wild days...
  9. Every time I end up at the fax, the beautiful sweet ladies always steal my heart! I am afraid to say that I too willingly give it away (TBH, I thought that this is where Kilt boy was headed)
  10. I was at the Fax on Thursday night (for a change) and there were lots of hotties! Didn't encounter any babes with bad attitudes! I should go more often but if I did, I would run out of money!
  11. I was there in the 80s and it was a bit of a dump back then. Was it called the Albion? In the 70s, I thought that the first strip club was Pandora's Box on Bank street.
  12. I am not sure if this is the same kady, but there is a Madison at the Brass Club...
  13. I am in my 50s and I really enjoy rap. Prefer hiphop. Nothing is scary about it in my mind but I may have been brainwashed from "banging to the beat" with lovely ladies - outside the club... The dancers select their own music and, as a patron of the 'Mate, it is a great deal compared to the "compressed" songs in the CR of many other clubs. To be honest, I think I would avoid a SC that didn't allow hiphop and rap. BTW, there are some restrictions on songs allowed - too bad, I love Tupac! I street proofed years ago and put my wallet in my front pocket! Never been "pocketed" because of it!
  14. I agree completely. The sexual orientation of the mayor and/or councillors should have nothing to do with it - if anything, I would expect a more open minded attitude. Suspect there are two forces at work - real estate developers/investors and a small minority of ex-dancers who provide a very negative perspective on the business. IMHO, there may be a reason why they are ex-dancers and they are just jealous of the successful ladies. Current strip club owners have an interests in protecting their business. So restricting new clubs is giving them an exclusive market. All that being said, many patrons of the strip clubs do not have open relationships where they can open discuss the clubs - or no one wants to hear it anyway. We just go...
  15. First post under this non-live.com account... Although I have never taken anyone up on it, there used to be something available upstairs at the Playmate. I recall some payment was required.
  16. Guys should respect that dancers are in the club to earn money. A few dancers have confided to me that some guys actually pay them to hang with them. I work with a guy that told me that he does not mind tipping girls to talk to him. That is cool. Usually, I will tell a dancer what I am in the mood for - sometimes I will be catching their drinks but will warn them that I have to leave the club by a certain time or intend to have only 1 or 2 dances. I have been around the block many times... if a dancer walks up and asks right away if I want a dance, if she seems interesting or extremely smoking hot, I would invite her for a drink. We are all human in this life and it is not just about mileage as much as intimacy and feeling comfortable to express affections. It is tough when a young lady has to make rent at the end of a month and guys at the club do not want dances and are not even buying them drinks. Guys should have a bit more class and consideration, no?
  17. Been to the other side de la rivierre many times... I have always spoken a bit of French with a hard Anglo accent. Cops have gotten better as my French improved... I was told about cops going into the parking lot and using snow to clean just one headlight of cars. Then they will know... So I always clean them. One night, a Gatineau Cop told me to get a room at the hotel as I stank of booze. As I was with a hot dancer, it was great! I appreciated that! Not wanting to start anything as I have no first hand knowledge from quite a few years ago about cops being paid off to stay away from clubs. At clubs like the Hill Top in Montreal, doorman has a red light signal for when they are visited. Guess that times have changed as local politicians get more pushy... Was at the mate and saw 4 or 5 cops and immigration cop come in. Came in, looked around. Didn't do anything then left after a few minutes.
  18. I raised the issue because was aware that some SP had their own supply of antibiotics. I do get tested for STDs as stated. I have never tested positive for a STD. I worked at the LCDC lab in Ottawa where the STDs were tested and tracked (before it moved to Winnipeg). I know the importance of taking antibiotics to completion of the perscription. I do not understand why prescriptions for oral antibiotics are standard compared to an injection of an antibiotic. Suppose that I should discuss this with health care professionals...
  19. The clinic on Clarence is great! I have been going for years and they stop asking my personal history as it was documented years ago and roll my eyes and they know that I am an occasional hobbyist and as said, are non-judgemental... The blood test takes a few weeks but is definately preferable to the much quicker test for guys... I prefer not to frequent a clinic near my residence... I was wondering... why I was able to get an injection of an antibiotic with no test in the US at a walk in clinic, but it never seems to be available here? also, the government keeps a list/registry if you have been diagnosed with an STD - but not AIDS - because it is confidential. I had friends that were SPs who actaully had their own personal antibiotics 'in case". Taking pills on a regular schedule is problematic and many do not eat 3 meals a day on schedule....
  20. Prostitution is legal in Nevada outside of Vegas - although there is a lot of it going on in Vegas... In the US, I told ladies that I was from Canada. A few asked for a drivers license, and they were really friendly after that - I lived in Calt fir a while... It has been a few years since I have engaged SP in the states. Suppose that LE may get fakes IDs now... No more carte blanche for Cannucks:( Very happy to be here and Canadian ladies are the best!
  21. I hear you! I am in the same age group, married for 25 years, loveless relationship. Dated dancers. Travelled Europe many times. Experienced local 'culture' ;) My advice is to lay off on the porn, it helped me. Also, for some reason sexual experiences seem so much hotter the first time. Can't figure out why...
  22. I must confess that I get very affectionate, hugging, etc in the CR, usually with ladies that I have known for years, sometimes new gurls. It is such a big turn on! Also kissing a lady with style, building up, is the greatest. I always ask if she is cool with it... I have not been getting out much lately, thinking that I will be making the rounds soon... Cheers!
  23. Yes, this happens. In a way, it is nice to hang with a dancer when it is not busy, as long as you are the guy catching her drinks. The most considerate thing that you can do is ask the waitress to let her know that you would like a dance. After all, most gurls really are there to dance and make money. The waitress will know what the dancer is up to. There are high rollers that will actually pay the ladies to stay with them. You will be helping the gurl a lot. She will usually get dances with the guys she is hanging with at the table or YOU! Either way, she will be the better for it, and she will likely remember you in a favourable way!
  24. I really wonder. is it appropriate for police officers to stop people for dropping off dancers at a private residence? Seems as if they are intentionally making it difficult for the girls. Are they trying to drive them out of the house? Control them? Does this sound like a protection racket? In Ottawa, a police officer is up on sexual assault charges. It is dangerous dealing with 'crooked cops". The Ottawa police officer up on charges has assaulted other female detainees. I couldn't believe that Ottawa police were breaking the law like I was told. I advised her to get her lawyer involved. All the lawyer did was contact the Ottawa Police and told them to stop doing it. The girl was a drug dealer and I didn't get involved. She did tell me his name and he is the one in court now, claiming that he did nothing wrong... right! I am afraid that if I was stopped like you were, I would be tempted to answer questions with questions and wind get myself thrown in jail, facing trumped up charges, loosing my security clearance and then my job.... Glad that you handled yourself so well, Old Guy!
