I really didn't want to say anything, but... I would use the term DANCER... I have a family, but my wife and are not a couple. A few years back, I was in a real self destructive tail spin, spending too much time and money at SCs.... I became good friends (with benefits) with a dancer outside of the club, and on nights we spent together (the whole night), I would give her some cash, maybe 200., to compensate her for what I'd have spent on her in the club. She had a day job that didn't pay all of her bills. Really appreciated her as a friend, always will... Anyway, she asked me not to go with other ladies to the CR, out of respect for her... I usually just hung out at the bar, catching drinks for some of the nice ladies... A few times, after too many drinks, and my friend wasn't around, sometimes I ended up in the CR, not wanting sex, not paying for it, it happened. I usually told her about it 'cause I couldn't lie to her and I also didn't want to make a fool of her. She was not happy, but we carried it on for quite awhile, was wonderfull. I got my act together to support my daughter at university, I have a lot less time and money for the SC scene. My friend has moved on as I pulled out of the self destructive cycle, (but I will always be somewhat pathetic)... Guess that I am quite a "man whore" in the CR, so I really prefer to buy drinks and be cool, especially with the survellience going on. Some ladies won't give me the time of day - thats ok. I recall that years ago, sex outside the club with a lady so inclined was like way way more than it is today. It seems as if new girls and girls from out of town may be escorting or looking for "fun"... Its too bad that now, I am way over 40 and I just don't get as turned on as I used to (maybe I should be Mr ED) ! When I was 20, the scene was nothing like it is today... OFTN, As many have said, you need to liberate yourself from the past. You have to learn to say that she was in the past - eventually you will believe it. Then it becomes such an enpowerment to say that it is over, no more stress ! Of course getting through it is not so easy. You need to : 1) Drop her and all of her friends from Facebook 2) Start spending time with other ladies just to be friends 3) Don't expect anything and you may find an inner peace Consider counselling to build up your self esteem. There are sooo many things to say about this thread... for the record, I prefer YELLOW rice, although I do not get it very often 8-) I agree that many people are limited by their own experience, some open minded people can learn from the experience of others. A few months ago, a pick up truck with cameras dove around some streets in Ottawa,and major cities across the world, recording different angles as it drove around. I recall having seen one of the vehicles - I wondered wtf it was. Unfortunately, I can't remember where I saw it. (Ottawa, NYC, Mtl, etc). Anyway, this is how the street views were created - there is no live view. Licence plates are blurred out to protect privacy concerns. It is kinda cool - there are street views of major cities around the world. You can see Paris, New York, Montreal. Personally, I appreciate it, but I don't mind technology helping to make the world more of global village.. I don't see any reason to be paranoid....

Quit gambling and Vegas a few years back... As previously stated, prostitution is legal in nevada but not in Vegas. Brothels will send limos and when you get there, they do a line up, you pick your girl, and you get e menu in the room. It is worth experiencing. I wanted to point out that most girls actually pay to work at the SCs. The only money they make is from dancing. Very few are paid... I get the impression that business has not been great lately. One of the dancers told me about some guy that told this very hot dancer that he went to strip clubs all the tme and never got dances - he was proud of himself ! Brought my kids (12 and 16) there during the day time. The MR was expensive. I went to the St. Denis area on my own at night. On previous trips (5 or 6 times over the years), the area I recalled as Pigale was definately "seedy"... Recall (about 15- 20 years ago), I was on a valet tour that took us to a strip club.
