I totally agree with you. It's a matter of proportion. For someone extremely rich to pay a girl $300 is like joe blow dropping a penny on the ground. It's not worth the effort to pick it up as you associate little value to it. It belittles the wonderful lady who provided the service. There's no reason to overpay, but remuneration should be in-line to one's position if they value the Lady.

I would just like to add that CERB and its MOD are doing an excellent job of keeping this site hobbiest friendly as well. I just recently visited a similar site and it didn't take long for me to come accross some pretty nasty exchanges. I'm talking "let's put these two on PPV and charge for it". Having a healthy discussion and fiercely defending your position is one thing, but I felt like calling 911. This is a much more relaxed, productive and stimulating site. I'm still a newbie and have never met Katie. She appears to have quite the following as she is very pretty, young, etc, has had favorable recs all over the place and so I recently considered contacting her. Then the negative comments started hitting the wire. No shows, eratic behaviour, etc. If the biz is the problem, then it's time to move on to something else and noone could fault her for that and she will sorely be missed. We've also all had bad periods in our lives at one time or another (us older folk, I mean). But if she intends on staying in the biz, the smart thing to do would be to take a leave of absence to resolve the issues. I would imagine this site et al. have hundreds, if not thousands, of years of accumulated "hands-on" experience and wisdom available to help, guide and support thru those difficult times. But I believe she's burning her bridges by insisting everything's OK and neglecting her clientele. I think this just makes the return that much harder. An ounce of prevention .... So Katie please, if you're staying in the biz, take the time to resolve your issues. And don't be scared to ask for help, sometimes it comes when you least expect it. I know there's a legion of hobbiests rooting for you and three (me, myself and I) still hoping to make your acquaintance. I apologise for sounding so sappy, but you're still very young and I sincerely hope you find and do what makes YOU happy!

To maintain your high professional standards, Mandalay, I'm willing to supervise any such meeting to ensure all required sexual techniques and skills are applied properly. It's a tough job, but somebody (ie. ME) has to do it :twisted: !

I must admit I'm a little surprised noone has replied to your post. She advertises on EC, has a website and has the looks. I do my research before contacting a SP I may be interested in and I find it interesting that there's no info out there on Joelene. As far as I know she's not on the DNR list so I may just have to do some recon and TOFFT. Stay tuned!

This is the sticky point for me. If you went as friends then I assume you would have fringe benefits without the sexual exclusivity. If you went as a client and paid for her time as such then I believe you should have exclusivity. I expect phoniness as it pertains to making me feel like a million bucks: "You're the best, I love being with you, OMG....OMG, etc" and know that it's back to reality when the timer goes. But I do expect sexual exclusivity for the time I have paid for. I would definitely not be Ok with a SP that I have booked for the entire evening/day/weekend to go service someone else while I'm sleeping, tanning on the deck or eating lunch. What the hell did I pay all that $ for? Just a newbie's humble and inexperienced opinion.

That really sucks the royal bag! That's like a scam on a whole new level, but unfortunately much more expensive :evil:. There's a certain amount of trust required for this hobby from both parties and sometimes that is taken advantage of. Too bad it happened so early during your trip. Kinda puts a damper on the rest of the trip. IMHO, both the SP and the gent are equally at fault as he must have known she was flying down on your dime. Have you ever heard of a SP coming to see you at her expense? She would definately be off my card.

I'm a very visual type of guy so I would fall in this camp as well. Obviously the more senses are being stimulated (good looking, sweet smelling and tasting ....) the better the experience. LOL Just out of curiosity, did you repeat with those ladies :twisted: ?

My preference is from sunset to sunrise. Not really sure why but it feels more exciting to me after dark!

As a newbie, I'm really happy I came across CERB. It helped me avoid some of the pitfalls of certain less reputable sites and highlighted the benefits of doing a little research. I read reviews posted by fellow pooners and zeroed in on what I was looking for: genuine GFEs. So far I have been fortunate to have three positive experiences. Mandalay Bay was my latest SP and has raised the GFE bar to dizzying heights. And now that my head is out of the clouds I can write a somewhat coherent recommendation. I went to Mandalay's site to apply as her lover only to find that she was away for the week. I filled in the application anyway and waited. She called me upon her return and we made arrangements for an extended session a couple of days later. On D-day I called her from the lobby and she replied she would be right down. As I anxiously waited for her, a nice brunette walked into the building and took the elevator. Then the other elevator doors opened and a gorgeous blonde gave me the once over as she headed for the door. At this point I'm thinking "Man! How many good looking women live in this building?" The blonde stopped at the door and looked back at me with a naughty grin. I only saw the pics from her website, so I wasn't sure it was her. I hesitantly called out her name and she smiled. "Oh yeah baby! The stars are shining bright tonight". I can't even remember what she was wearing as I just kept staring at her beautiful face on the way up to her apartment. Candles, sexy music and porn on her laptop provided the background to a promising evening. We sat down with a glass of wine and got to know each other as the conversation flowed easily. At first glance Mandalay is a sexy blonde with an angelic face and mesmerizing smile. I was lost in her eyes and her lips were oh so sweet. My attraction to her was rising exponentially as we talked. It's not really something I could put my finger on, it was more like she was fine tuning as we spoke. She then suggested we go to a local stripclub as Tuesday is lesbian night and that turns her on. "Well........ If you insist :twisted:". I can't count the number of envious looks I received while we had drinks and watched the dancers perform. Some kissing and petting and things were really heating up. Ok, it's time to head back to her apartment before we get arrested for lewd behavior. I will not go into the specific details that made for an amazing evening and YMMV. What I will say is that Mandalay was just as adept at fine tuning into my sexual desires. She's a very passionate and responsive lover. My time with her was so memorable I can still recall her wonderful scent and the sweet taste of her lips. She made me feel like a million bucks and at no time did I ever feel she was just going through the motions or feeding me a line. She is a true GFE and a beautiful person inside and out, so I highly recommend you see her before she's gone. Luckily, I will be seeing her again soon :-D. I don't think anyone can adequately describe Mandalay as she is what every man wants/needs. And that is the magic of Mandalay.

I was making a general observation and did not mean to offend any fellow winterpeggers or cowpoke. There are plenty of people that drop a wad of cash at a bar every weekend without a second thought. I don't dispute that. But we're talking stripclub and my definition is a club that provides continuous live entertainment which Teasers and S-City do not. If I go to a stripclub it's to see women perform on stage, not to watch patrons fill-in the 30 min snooze fest between the dancers. The majority of guys I know would rather go to a reg bar or so-called stripclub where the beer is only $5 instead of dishing out $10 a beer at a quality club. Therefore, there aren't enough patrons to sustain quality clubs in Wpg and those that sell their beer too cheap eventually share the same fate (Boomer's, Club Paradise). Simple economics. And I totally agree with SPs giving you more bang for your buck (my 10% commission notwithstanding :lol:).

I agree with jerican. If it was a first meet and I was fixated on your hair, maybe. But it seems a little extreme for a regular. However, I have heard of men who wouldn't date/see/hire a girl with short hair because they had a mental block. They couldn't do doggie as they no longer viewed the woman as such if she didn't have long hair. Sounds odd, but people have their quirks. :?

Let me start by begging y'all NOT TO SHOOT THE MESSENGER. I'm originally from Montreal where the downtown stripclubs were great. There was no cover charge unless they had a feature performer, otherwise it would be a toonie to the doorman for seating you. Although a beer was $6 (15 years ago), they had continuous entertainment with playmate quality girls who took pride in their dancing skills. Heck they even had free weekday lunch (11am-1pm) and dinner (5-7pm) buffets with a good assortment of items including salads, pastas, pizza, smoked meat (dang I miss Montreal smoked meat), even a cook carving the daily special (roastbeef, turkey, ham). Where do u think I hung out at lunch during my University days. And although I agree that a $7 cover charge just to take a look is not warranted, you can't expect to have clubs like that in Wpg if us boys and gals aren't willing to pony up for it. Just like everything else in life you get what you pay for. And what is Wpg renowned for? Hmmmm.... lemme see.... Oh yeah, we're always looking for a deal (re. cheap)! If the goal is to get wasted I suggest a pub or similar establishment. But if you want to have some quality continuous entertainment in a quality establishment while enjoying your beverage(s), it's usually gonna cost ya. Now, if you'll excuse me I have to find my Kevlar vest. :lol:

Boy oh boy oh boy! :evil: As a newbie and SP first-timer in training, I'm sure glad the sheriff was in when I rode into town. Your cowboy diary should be required reading for any newbie joining this site. The information you provide is invaluable and can potentially save a poor slob much $$$ and embarassment, but also miss out on many a pleasurable night. A BIG BIG Thank you :grin:
