  1. If you are looking for a massage without extras, then why not go and see a Registered Massage Therapist. I would think that opting to seeing an MA implies you would be looking for extras. That is how the ladies make their money.
  2. Until someone "confirms" absolutely that they are coming to see at a particular time on a certain date, my policy is first come, first served. Even then, I make sure they check in with me the day of to ensure they are indeed still making the appointment at which point I give them my coordinates.
  3. For Carrie and Dorinda: I remember this song fondly too!
  4. Love Monty Python - "The Life of Brian" is one of my favourite movies. Brian: Have I got a big nose, Mum? Brian's Mother: Stop thinking about sex! Brian: I wasn't! Brian's Mother: You're always on about it. "Will the girls like this? Will the girls like that? Is it too big? Is it too small? "
  5. Golden Girls - can never get enough of them!
  6. Cowboy Kenny and Megan are right! Most of the ladies I know who have children work at alternate locations where their children live. The ones I know who did work out of where their children live, make sure they are no where near the premises when they entertain and none of them have ever had any problems.
  7. Just a reminder that in order to be advertise on CERB, you must be willing to be recommended - which is why the ladies listed on the DNR (do not recommend) list are not members. Bottom line if you're an SP and a member of CERB, you can't have an official policy about not being recommended on CERB.
  8. When a guy asks if a lady wants to "party", at least in this neck of the woods (Ottawa), it almost always mean partake in drug use. In my experience it means hard drugs. If your definition of "party" is something else, I suggest you clarify what you mean. Dangerous? Because first of all, it's illegal and someone can be unpredictable when they are indulging in substances, especially chemicals. It's been my experience that when you bring drugs into the picture (this business), it is always a recipe for disaster, not just from a health and safety point of view, but ultimately a legal point of view. Besides most legitimate providers do not fit the typical profile of "party" girl. The smart ones are who may are certainly not going to indulge with clients and if they do, their reps are sure to follow. Not a wise question to ask on a board like this. Because then your rep will be questioned. My two cents.
  9. It's been tried, but if there is any indication that you are a "pro", ads get flagged immediately so basically a waste of time. Guys who go there, don't want to pay and end up telling you so when you respond to their e-mails.
  10. Actually, my grandfather was a fire ranger up in northern Quebec and would often sit in one of those towers as a look-out. He spent many months away from home so my mother didn't see much of him.
  11. I am kind of glad it's gone. I'm sure people will try to get around it by advertising under other categories. In Vancouver for example, an SP told me they're even flooding the "therapeutic" category (as in massage). I agree with what the MOD said on another thread, E-C, is the way to go. When I googled Ottawa escorts, it was right there at the top. So I know where the guys will be looking first!
  12. I will ask if they've seen me before. I don't mind a few texts back and forth, but I insist they "call" to actually book the appointment.
  13. Yep, the pizza is exactly the same! The first time I had it was way back in the late 70s when I lived with my parents at CFB Uplands.
  14. You mean Orleans Blvd. (South) and Jeanne D'arc. Yes, I agree, the food is very good there for a roadhouse/sports bar type atmosphere. I also like the new K S Restaurant in South Keys (across from Walmart). The prices are higher since they acquired the new building, but the food is still good. I was a table with 4 other people. We all ordered something different and everything was scrumptious. And of course we got a pizza for old times sake! And the waitresses are all sexy (and food better than Moxie's).
  15. A family member of mine had his debit card skimmed 4 times in one year and his credit card copied twice. We're pretty sure we narrowed it down to one or two places in Orleans. He has since gotten both cards with the "chip", and hasn't had any problems since, but apparently, the thieves are always one step ahead and apparently they have ways of getting around that now. Just need to be careful - paying attention to your surroundings and keeping tabs on your account balances. I am pretty much a cash person and believe it or not, some places seem annoyed when I use cash because they actually have to do a little bit of work to make change.
  16. I think it would depend on who it is that would dictate whether I would be comfortable (and of course them, if they recognized me) with continuing with the appointment. I was at a friend's in-call one time, and one of my former bosses came to see her. Luckily I was in the dining room and I caught a glance of him, but he didn't see me. Now that would have been a bit embarrassing. One of my dad's friend's propositioned me one time at a social, and when I told him it would "cost him", he thought I was joking. So that never went anywhere. I probably would have seen him because he would have had more to lose than me if anyone ever found out. Other than that, haven't had any experiences (yet) of running into anyone I know.
  17. Unbelievable that you would say such a thing, even if you were upset with one person. Don't assume you know all (or any) of us. I am another one has completed post-secondary education just so you know. I choose sex work over office work, most of the time because it pays better and gives me the flexibility I need. As for the comments about negotiating rates, I believe that your comment was not intended to be malicious, but that is a very sensitive area to be commenting on. It's up to us to decide what our rates our, not the client's or someone's idea of what should constitute a sale (e.g. snow storm or squirrels with peanut butter). I think Meg said it best, that you opened yourself up by putting it out there.
  18. December 17th is a Friday, not a Monday. So which is it? Today, Monday, the 13th, or Friday, Dec. 17th. Additional Comments: This year December 17th is on a Friday. The link you supplied was for Monday, Dec. 17, 2007. Very confusing. So when is it?
  19. I like these: White Christmas by Bing Crosby. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PA45TnJQxhU Happy Christmas (War is over) by John Lennon Blue Christmas by Elvis Presley http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cK4BeD5I-Pk&feature=related Santa Baby by Eartha Kitt http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7MBvCyF7aMU&feature=related
  20. Luxie - I've said it before and I'll say it again. You are the hostess with the most-est. You're naturally busty, and have curves in all the right places and with a nice round booty. You are a real woman with wonderful assets. Not only that, you are funny, sweet, kind, mischevious, generous and kind! You ooze sensuality and this something that someone either has or they don't - that can't be faked - and you definitely have it! There ain't anything wrong with you baby! Don't let these kinda creeps get you down. There are plenty of nice appreciative men waiting in the wings.
  21. A Christmas Story - "You'll shoot your eye out, kid". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-GA3HPlMhOE&feature=related and of course, Scrooged! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xjhx9WfpofE&feature=related
  22. Finally, someone is saying what I have believed for years! It was only until this year that I was able to find a counsellor who was SP-friendly. We need to help empower these women that they do have other choices to continue to do what they do but under as you said, "more dignified" circumstances. The street workers which I have met are unable to work inside because of their housing (or lack of) situation that does not allow it. For example, those living in a rooming house, would be quickly evicted when it was discovered what they were doing. Those who couch surf or live in shelters...obviously unable to as well. When I hear people says SWs choose to be on the street when they could be inside don't realize it's not that easy especially for the ones who may suffer from mental illness or drug addiction. But yes, the options should be there to help, not hinder them from continuing to do what it is they choose to do. Harm reduction is still better than turning a blind eye and doing nothing.
