would you stop this?
Andee replied to Loralee Reach's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I agree with what Meagan and Nicolette have said here. I would not stop because someone asked me to. If and when I do, it will be because I want to. -
I crochet and give out "peter heaters" to my guys around Valentines Day. Most of them can't take them home, but the look on their faces is priceless. The weirdest present I ever got was a can of "bag balm" - with a picture of a cow on it. I know some people swear by it for softening your feet, etc., but I expected something a bit more "romantic" so-to-speak, considering this was a boyfriend who gave it to me. The best present I ever got was a card with a piece of gum stuck to it, from a little friend who told me that this was her way of us being able to share something together. (she was only 4).

Most of those types of calls I get on my cell phone are from the States telling me I've won a free trip to such and such a place...I don't even want to hear about it. I am generally cordial to people calling because I know they're just doing their job, but these outfits that are clearly a scam, sorry, I have no tolerance - especially as Jazzitup pointed out, they keep calling and calling after you have stated once or twice or even three times that you're not interested. I say after that, it's fair game to be nasty right back to them. The one I really hate is where you answer and you hear this loud "fog horn" informing you that you have won a cruise and then you're instructed to press 1 to connect to a live operator. That "fog horn" can almost deafen a person.

I know is not mother's day but ...
Andee replied to Isabella Gia (Banned)'s topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
My mom was a tireless, stubborn, but very selfless Irish woman (bless her soul). There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of her. I think every day should be mother's day. Thanks for sharing, Isabella. -
The best thing to do is do what us ladies do with those we don't want bugging us - simply not answer. You'd be surprised at how many phone numbers some of us have programmed into our phones of "undesirables". As annoying as it might be, hitting the ignore button a few times usually gives them the hint that we're not interested in answering. I have answered those "American telemarketer" calls in French, pretending I can't speak English and that usually prevents them from calling back.

For those of you who will be attending, I thought I'd take a quick poll and get a sense of what kind of music you would like to hear since we have our own private room and are allowed to bring our music. Please cast your vote in the poll or feel free to add your comments to this thread. Once we establish what of music folks are interested in hearing, we will endeavour to accommodate everyone's tastes. If anyone can volunteer some time to zip a variety of music to their IPOD, it would be greatly appreciated. Old Dog is bringing along his IPOD with 80's tunes and a blaster (speakers). so we have to start at least (I hated the 80's - LOL). If anyone has any other suggestions, please chime in. Don't want to make a big deal about this, but we do want to make sure we have some music.

As a person who has had a few "fire scares", I don't generally burn candles. Also, if you do choose to burn candles, please buy good quality ones. I get headaches from most "dollar store" candles. Who knows what they're made of. I prefer the battery operated "flameless" candles. There are some really need styles out there.

Tickets available in the East End (Chapel Hill) - Orleans. Just to remind you gentlemen who are planning to attend the CERB Christmas Party next Thursday, that I have tickets for sale. Today, I will be around until 9:00 p.m. All I ask is that you pm me ahead of time to let me know when it would be convenient to drop by. As well, you may also leave the toy for charity with me. I will make sure they get to the party (and then taken to the firefighters for distribution to appropriate agencies). Ladies, if you're planning to attend, kindly pm Ottanon or myself and let us know that you would like to come. Looking forward to seeing old friends and making new ones.

Prostitution polls -Angus Reid
Andee replied to Loralee Reach's topic in Legal discussion, cases & questions
You're absolutely right, MOD. And it just doesn't happen to young people. I have known women who became addicted in their 30s and 40s and turned to prostitution to support their habit after their lost their savings, jobs, etc. Addiction does not discriminate on how nice a person you are, how intelligent or educated you are or how old you are. A few years back, I met this 65 year old "crack granny" working down in Hintonberg. I believe she would be probably be around 70 years old and is probably still out there, if she isn't dead. -

Our kids, those little giants...
Andee replied to Grass_Hopper's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Sabrina, your story touched me. They do grow so fast. I don't have any kids, but my 8 year old niece is my "baby". I was watching her the other night and remembered when she around 5, I was babysitting one time and said my usual "oh, it's time to get ready for bed". The bunny rabbits are going back home, down their holes. She turns to me and says, "Auntie, those bunny rabbit bed time stories don't work on me anymore. I'm not 2 anymore". The other night, she turned to me and said, "could you tell me about the bunny rabbits, again?" So, sometimes they have their moments where they want to be a baby again, even if just for a minute. Thanks for sharing, Sabrina. -
Post-sex etiquette with an SP
Andee replied to RobX's topic in New to this? Things you should know...
Wow, it would never occur to me that a client would think I was fishing for that sort of feedback. That is definitely reserved for personal private encounters, I would believe. I have had clients say it to me themselves, and well, to be honest, it feels uncomfortable, so I would never go looking for someone to say it. But that's just me. Like Annessa suggested, maybe when there's a bit of a lag in the conversation, some of us might say, "say something", or "what's on your mind" or if you had a little smirk "what"? I don't like to hog the conversation, but on the other hand, some guys are not big talkers, so sometimes it can be awkward with coming up with something to say next. I think you're ready way too much into this, but I may be wrong. -

Scratching post sounds cute, but litter box??? (you were kidding, right). I think the suggestions put forth so far have covered off anything I would suggest. I agree - no music because it can be annoying and distracting and since people have varied tastes, could actually prove to be a detriment. It will be neat to see the finished product.

How To Have Sex With Escorts: A Primer
Andee replied to VedaSloan's topic in New to this? Things you should know...
Which is why you need to be as careful selecting your SP as we have to be in choosing which clients to see. It's not always possible to tell what someone is going to be like beforehand. Luckily though we always have the option of not repeating. The SPs I know who offer longer appointments, do not wish to get at it right away. In fact, they like to start out with a drink, conversation, etc. To want to get at it right away is encouraging the very thing that Berlin is talking about. But then there are those that will do everything in their power to delay getting down to it. And there are those who offer 15 minute appointments because they just want to accommodate the "get 'em in, get 'em off and get 'em out" mentality. There is nothing wrong with some good hard pounding, but within a reasonable time limit. As Berlin pointed out, we're not blow up dolls. It just comes down to finding the right "fit" (no pun intended). -
Wow, a thousand already! Way to go!

Poll - Ottawa Social Live and In person
Andee replied to ottanon's topic in Ottawa Discussion - Escorts
I think a Thursday night is better for most hobbyiests because it's easy to make an excuse to step out on a Thursday night than a Friday night. At least that's the feeback I get from my clients. As well, I would not be able to make it on the Friday. Also, there is no hockey game that night which is good for anyone who's a Sens fan who might not want to miss watching the game. I think you may get a better turnout if you make it the Thursday, Dec. 2nd. Remember people have other Christmas Parties to attend and if you wait any later than the first week of December, the likelihood of getting a venue and having decent attendance goes down. Thanks for taking the reigns in trying to finally get something off the ground before Christmas. -

Reasons to disappear for a few hours
Andee replied to Emma Alexandra's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Have to make a run to Home Depot. Helping buddy work on his car (if you're so inclined). Helping buddy finish his deck. Going ice fishing (brrrr). Playing paintball with the guys. Helping buddy close up his cottage (guys only event) Forgot something important at work - have to make a run there and back. Let cell phone drain down. Flat tire excuse - put on donut, drove to Canadian Tire. call from payphone or courtesy desk and tell her your battery is ead. Tell her there's a wait to fix the leak, so you're just going to browse the Walmart or whatever near by (make sure you're around a route you would take and that there are other big box stores - good for at least an hour). -

Crisco being used in Ottawa Massage parlors???
Andee replied to Bailey Angelina's topic in Ottawa Discussion - Massage
She did say "I was recently doing a shift at a parlour on Bank street". You'd just have to find out where she works. My question is why would she out the place she's working at as having Crisco oil - that you wouldn't want to go there, thus you wouldn't want to see her. Why would someone discourage clients from seeing them by mentioning this. I tend to agree with what Annessa said. If she was that concerned, she might use her own oil then. Back to the thread.
