If you are referring to negative posts about SPs on other boards, unfortunately that is the risk we take. Hiding behind anonymous handles, some people can be very cruel, which is why I tend to stick to CERB and not patronize those sites. I think most people take things with a grain of salt. If you have glowing recos on CERB and then someone on another board makes some deragatory comment, you have to consider the source. If you truly believe you are providing good service and have good clientele, what more can you do. I know some Sps who over the years had things said about them which were non-complimentary. There's that balance between responding with clarification and "thou protest too much". Which is why I believe an SP has to be a little thick skinned to weather those storms. Hang in there Tess, and just do your best!!!

I don't see anything wrong with guys enquiring about girls adverstising on CL. I advertise there myself and not all girls on CL are scammers. The ones who are eventually get found out What I do object to is threads where we are talking about specific posts, eg. "The 12 friends I saw today" which may or may not have been posted by the SP in question. Since the lady in question has not given her input, then it's all speculation as to whether she actually wrote the post or not. Speculation breeds false rumours etc. and negativity which is not in the spirit of what this board is all about. I personally believe that particular thread should be deleted.

Yes, he had a meltdown, but still, to do what he did - totally reckless. He should be reprimanded severely. If he was that determined to quit his job, he could have grabbed some beers at the destination after his shift and then said "bye, bye". (But then how would he get home....okay bad joke).

I only offer point of view (BJ shots) from camera phone for extra $20. I know how to position my head so as to obscure my whole face from showing. I always inspect the pic to my satisfaction and only offer it to trusted clients who I know will delete it and/or take it again if I'm uncomfortable with the final result. Some clients have deleted it before they get to the parking lot because "big head" takes over and reminds them, "hey buddy, daughter might pick up Dad's phone". (I have a male friend who told me he has to lock his pic albums cuz his teenager daughter routinely goes thru his phone to check things out if he leaves it unattended).

I actually obtained a Green Card back in the early '90s and was all set to live in the States, but came back after a month when I realized how amazing this country is and how I didn't want to live anywhere else. If I could travel anywhere, my top 3 choices would be Greece, Australia and Scotland. My heritage is French Canadian and Irish. Like Carrie, I am also a Gemini I have to keep lists to remember things. I was privileged to see the band Queen in concert before Freddie Mercury died. A client of mine remarked that he recently went to see a popular SP and she had not one but two phones ringing during the appointment. She even excused herself to reply to a few texts during the appointment. He was not impressed and said he probably won't repeat. So the alternative to answering enquiries while we're working certainly isn't a solution.

I mentioned this on another thread. A client of mine was rushing to meet his wife for lunch and in his haste grabbed my eyeglasses thinking they were his own. When I quickly realized the mistake, I literally had to chase him down to the parking lot down the road to make the switch. We chuckled at the thought of him in the restaurant, pulling out my glasses from his pocket to read the menu. Good thing I'm blind a bat without mine and noticed the mistake.
