  1. I have a client who first saw me back in 2002. He doesn't come around much anymore as his situation has changed, but I normally get a visit from him at least once a year.
  2. There are no hotels that operate like the Chablis in Ottawa unless you opt for hotels like the Welcomm Inn or the Delta that offer day rates, but again usually the cut off is 4 or 5 pm. Even some cheaper motels on the strip (Greber Blvd., Gatineau) (Montreal Rd., Ottawa), will still ask for ID and a cash deposit, if not a credit card. The going rate for most of those motels are $79-$100 plus tax. Now that summer is here, probably higher because of tourists. But again, doubtful most reputable providers would visit you at these types of motels. There are many ladies who offer in-call service in Ottawa. Perhaps that is an option you may explore, rather than opting for out-call. I realize not all gents are comfortable with visiting in-calls but please bear in mind that not all SPs are comfortable with out-calls, even to 5 star hotels. Best to contact the lady ahead of time to see what options are available.
  3. Apparently Harry told Sally he could tell when a woman was faking it? What do you think of Sally's response?
  4. There are plenty of established providers to choose from, that even when or if Bill-36 passes, you gents won't run of out ladies to see, any time soon.
  5. Natalie MacMaster with Cookie Rankin (sung in Scots Gaelic) - The Drunken Piper
  6. Beer at last night's Aretha Franklin concert.
  7. The Grand Seduction. I thought it was great.
  8. Just be mindful that day rates usually do not extend past 4 or 5 pm, so if you are looking for something in the evening, you will be SOL in Ottawa. There a few no star hotels (e.g. Ottawa Inn) and motels that are lower priced in Ottawa and in Gatineau, but doubtful most reputable SPs would visit you there.
  9. Hope your birthday was awesome.
  10. A Million Ways to Die in the West. Some folks I know criticized it but I found it absolutely side splitting hilarious! Better than 22 Jump Street that I "wasted" my money on last week (The Grand Seduction was sold out for two shows in St. John's).
  11. I am very blessed to be able to still keep in touch with her. She has successfully carved out a very wonderful and happy life for herself and her family and I wish her nothing but the best because she is one person who truly deserves it.
  12. You need a PVR, where you can tape stuff and watch it later. Then you can fast forward at those parts, or better yet, learn how to stream movies for free from the internet and watch on your laptop connect to your TV. I cancelled cable months ago and have netflix and stream movies from other sites on the net. BTW, Bullitt is one my favourite movies and I said if I ever won the lottery, I'd have to get me one of those classic mustangs.
  13. As someone who was born and lived in Quebec for 14 years, I echo the same sentiments as Emily J.
  14. In St. John's airport waiting to board my flight home.
  15. Clients who beg you to come to their city and when you are there you don't hear a peep from them.
  16. Midnight In Paris (Woody Allen film) starring Owen Wilson Not a big fan of Owen Wilson, but all the acting was superb.
  17. Organizing my calendar for my upcoming trip to Newfoundland this week.
  18. Some of us have always been right here the whole time.
  19. Interesting version, Spud, but I prefer the original: Gloria Gaynor - I will Survive https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DuRgQlfpD0U
  20. Unfortunately I was never really close to my Dad until a few months before he died. At least I was able to get closure with him as did he..may he rest in peace. For a French Canadian with a grade 9 education who did not speak a word of English when he joined the Air Force, I think he did pretty good in life. I can see him happy and fishing with my favourite Uncle up in that fishing boat in the sky. Happy Father's Day, Dad. Miss you and love you. A
  21. You've got Time - Regina Specktor The Theme Song from the Netflix Series Orange is the New Black.
  22. Great milestone. And now for a musical interlude...
