How do you define PSE? There are as many different definitions as there are service providers. For example, I advertise myself as a GFE/PSE because I offer kissing, DATY, and bbbj. The PSE part is COB, and COF. I do not allow anal or rimming or CIM. I think it's best to start with checking out a lady's ad and website and if she doesn't list a menu, then there's no harm in asking if the service you are looking for is available. I for one am never offended if someone asks politely because I don't want to waste anyone's time. There is usually someone out there for everyone (within reason). Good luck.

As a "victim" of the last bus strike in Ottawa that lasted a few months, I lost a substantial amount of income not being able to get to and from my temporary office job some days (because "my ride" was able to work at home some of the time). Some travel sized toiletry items that one might bring to the gym or on a trip. Practical things that could be used, rather than junky things that would get thrown away. I was 16. He was 24. I planned it because all my girlfriends were ending up in the backseats of cars with guys they never saw again, so I figured I was going to do it up right with someone of "my choice". We "did it" at his friend's apartment because he's Italian and was still living at home (I believe he still does from what I gather). I picked him because he was cute, with beautiful long eyelashes, layered shag haircut, and looked very smart in his platform shoes and open shirt with gold chaines (disco outfit). Oh, and he drove a yellow Trans Am. The act itself wasn't memorable but not horrible either until he found out I was actually 16, not 18 and then he avoided me after that. Sometimes I drop by the convenience store he owns and he stills throws me a wink even though he's now greyer, but still drives GM sport cars.
